ゴミ箱を変えず、コーヒーを補充せず、冷蔵庫が機能しません。 夜勤の受付カウンター（男性スタッフ）がとても横柄。お客様が笑顔になったら、ただ笑顔で返しましょう。私たちはGeoBayに滞在するためにお金を払いました。 朝勤の受付カウンター（女性スタッフ、ヘアフリー）は接客が丁寧です。カウンターの前を通るすべてのお客様に常に笑顔で挨拶します。

General: Marginally ok for this price (USD28) for a simple small (no window) room with the bare basic amenities. Sound proofing was almost zero. Could hear people (back to back room) talking, door slamming, lift bell. If is USD18, 20, then can’t comment anything. Areas to improve: Change of towels. Looks very worn out, old towels. Location: Ok, walkable distance to the Aeon Bukit Indah, about 10m stroll. Nearby lots of eateries and beside MR DIY shop. Service: Ok, bare minimum. Minimal communication, zero smile or greetings. You need to approach or right in front of them then they will stand up and do the necessary check-in process.

The room is neat, spacious and clean, but got some smell, environment is quiet, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, not much facilities, but great location makes it convenient to go anywhere and shopping JB central, also many parking spaces available, but need to pay, hotel does not provide, overall good stay for short travel.

Air-conditioning system in the room was dirty, where bad dirty dirt was discharged from the it.

Location was very good - near to Aeon mall for shopping and eateries. Nearby there's a 24hr mart, very convenient.

Very convenient location You can find various of foods (especially those run by China Local like hot pot) massages and convenient store by walking distance. Aeon Bukit indah and 24 hours Mc Donald located nearby too. The room consider cheap for solo business traveler like me. I might give it full star if the wall paper beside bed can be change to new one. Otherwise tidy and clean. Washroom is clean too, which is very important. Wish they can upgrade their water pump cause the water shower pumping water too slow 🤣 24 hours reception counter and security. Overall 4.3/5.0

Pros: convenient as it is near to shopping at Aeon. Movies are at TGV. Lots of eateries around hotel. It is about 15 mins walk to Aeon Mall. Grab fare is around RM6 .

Located very central of bukit indah. Very accessible. Overall room appears old. Toilet was dim, bathtub parts were breaking apart.
