Disappointed

Within the vicinity of city centre. Got 7E, KK Mart, mamak walking distance. Budget hotel.

Well the price you paid for it during peak season with high price can’t be avoided. Room was small and lack of amenities, lighting can be improved and also to ask for room with windows if possible.

This is by far the worse hotel I have stayed before in JB. My advice is … if you intend and like people misunderstand you going to a cheap motel on extra activity.. then go ahead and stay otherwise avoid this hotel AT ALL COST!! I booked for a day but I checked out not even up to 1 hour in room as I can’t stand the smell and the cleanliness of it. Refer to my pics. I made a complaint to Trip and was glad served by Mr.Alan who help spend time helping n finally refund my money at his own initiative as the hotel refuses to refund. The so called senior manager even put up a face and answered me loudly rudely saying not going to refund. Such attitude! Travellers of the same .. heed my advice. Don’t go into a situation like me.

1) Have heavy stain on the wall, like a splash of coffee 2) Some of wall decoration already went out, better to remove all & repaint 3) aircond made a lot of noise 4) water pressure low 5) need some of air refreshener to remove smell

Bad experience, hygine and facilities not good, i got room with broken toilet sink...

I love the hotel because it’s clean and nice environment. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating with great smile. The place is clean with a nice good sleep at night. I will be back here in hotel when i come back to Malaysia. Thanks for accommodating us with extraordinary customer service.

Hotel is located at the city center of town If a nice and boutique hotel.We love this hotel because of nice environment and clean hotel.Hotel rate is reasonable only rm79 per day on weekday.There is are funfair nearby.Easy to get grab.

I like the hotel because the hotel is very clean and the staff are very accommodating. The ceo is very humble and very nice to us.Thank you for welcoming us and i hope to be back next year and more friends well visit with me

It a nice boutique hotel at Danga Bay Johor bahru.There is are mineral water tv mini fridge water heater shampoo only rm79 per night is very cheap and reasonable pricing . Housekeeping cleaning room daily.
