ホリデイ ヴィラ ジョホールバル シティ センター(Holiday Villa Johor Bahru City Centre)

Holiday Villa JBCC is located conveniently across from KSL Mall, a favourite among Singaporeans. The rooms are large and clean, though they do suffer from a little wear and tear. Service could have been better as I was not told anything much during check-in, like opening hours or facilities. The infinity pool was nice and the gym was sufficiently modern and equipped, but sadly the gym wasn’t 24 hours as the entire floor is locked at night.

Location was great! We stayed at 20+ storey and we encountered noises from family with kids who check-in in the midnight on the first day which make the experience unpleasant. Other than that, room is clean but aircon temperature was not adjustable.

Good stay. Room are of better condition than ksl. Quality's wise ok, not expecting fancy toothbrush n paste. Cleanliness Ok . Can improve. Breakfast ok for kids 4 to 12, did a top up of 40 ringgit. What I really like, the infinity pool! What is bad, no shower robes, not convenient to the swim pool, can't bring swim towel out of pool area. Toilet paper tears easily..

First time staying in this hotel , Great location and high floor , but don’t get the option for queen bed instead and was given two single bed . Breakfast was ok . A lot of selection. Around the area was very easy to access, opp KSL . At times was very crowded due to the event and ballroom they hosting . Skybar was awesome with free football and live band around

Stayed 1 night in Dec 2022. Connecting rooms (1 king and 1 twin). Rooms are clean and breakfast spread was fantastic! Almost 360 view of the entire JB area. Rooftop infinity pool is a definitely must go. Will definitely return again!

Good experience in this hotel overall, however room soundproofing is not so good. & there is construction going on right beside the hotel so if you’re not a morning person like me, u probably can’t get a good sleep.

Great hotel as near to KSL. Check in was a breeze. Staff were friendly n rooms were very clean. Buffet breakfast was great. Would book again soon. Tqtq.

Location was good, very near to KSL with alot of good food. Easy to get grab also. Breakfast selection was not bad but its very crowded and alot of food needed to be refill. Will stay again if visiting jb. Recommended as it is very convenient.

The location is very accessible and just located next to KSL. The hotel had it own restaurant at level26 and nice pool too. Valet parking is available. The room is clean and service staffs are all polite. No worries if you need late night supper which is just a short walk from the hotel.
