Room was clean. Location is good, just south of the highway, but not too busy. Staff was cordial. Breakfast could be improved.

Great place to stay. Clean rooms and very quiet location. Would recommend to anyone.

Definitely can tell the property was older. No elevator, and a slightly musty smell in common areas. Pool was down for maintenance, but that was communicated before check-in. Room was very clean and comfortable, no musty smell in room. No ice machines, but decent vending prices for cold water.

I love microtels as so roomy and super clean. There is good and bad to all places. I would come here again, as so clean, quiet and comfy beds. Quiet heat source and lots of fire protectors. Our window looks out at a field of flowering trees right now and a cracker barrel down the road.

Dirty sheets, bathroom door did not open. And the mirror was odd above the bed, I follow the “no space leave the place” and it failed every test of it being a two way mirror. I asked for new sheets and the sheets they gave me were also dirty.

Nice, clean room and property. Very comfortable bed--hard to find in most hotels. AC/Heat unit was very new and worked great. Only downsides of this room were no microwave, no coffee maker, and older/smallish TV positioned in top corner of room that made it impossible to use as monitor for my computer while sitting at the desk.. Also, drain in shower was a little slow, but water pressure was good and had plenty of hot water. Overall, nice hotel, and I would stay again if i didn't need to use TV as second monitor for my work.

I asked them to cancel the booking. My two young daughter's wanted a hotel with a pool and their pool was put of service. It would be nice if this was known when I booked instead of on arrival.

Good basic room. I needed a simple quiet room while I was in Joplin. The place provided that. Staff were friendly and courteous. Easy off an on to I-44.

Very clean and nice staff. Dogs constantly barking all night and stairs are broken in some spots. Nearly tripped 3 times

All was going well until it got too warm in my room. I tried to turn down heater, but the hot air kept blowing. At midnight I still couldn't control heat, so i called the clerk, who then came to my room. She couldn't turn off so she turned on the A/C. Still hot air. Sweated all night. Not fixable, and too much trouble to move to another room. Still a clean room. Bed was comfortable

It's a cheap stay so i wasn't expecting too much. Floor was moist. The water never got to a comfortable warm / hot temperature to take a shower. But everything was clean. I slept well.

Once my wife got out of the shower this morning, the mirror fogged up and the words "I SEE YOU" showed on the mirror. She was terrified and management just chuckled and dismissed it. Great ending to an anniversary celebration.

Room was small, but very clean. No coffee pot, or microwave, but had a tiny fridge. Breakfast rolls and coffee.
