オアシス・デ・キアム(Hotel Oasis de Kiamu)

大オーナー家族との交流で素晴らしい経験ができました。スタッフの子供たちと家族は、放課後に家に持ち帰るのを待っている間、スイミングプールと施設を使用しました。これは問題ありませんでしたが、場合によっては理想的ではありませんでした。シャワーは非常に貧弱でした。朝食は非常に平均的で高価で、コーヒーはひどくて高価です。アルコールは限られています。パックビールはありません。

ホテルのフロントでは非常にガッカリしました。受付係は顧客の世話をするよりも、スマートフォンを手にフロントの後ろに隠れることを好みます。顧客への通知方法についても同様で、同様に残念でした。

Whilst the staff were OK, really this was a miserable stay for us. The power failed in our 2bed room 5 times over 2 days. The shower was broken, no shampoo, aircon unit squealed, door didn’t lock properly/safely, no water pressure, plastic garbage inside a Caesar salad, staff families getting drunk around eating area and pool leaving rubbish strewn until mid morning. Just not what I would expect after paying Au$300 per night.

We stayed here for three days and had a lovely time. Although as others have stated, the property is getting on in years, it should be said that Lifou is not your usual tourist stop, so it all needs to be put in context. It is not fancy or pretentious and would be a great choice for a family, as we did see there. The room we had booked for us was obviously the most basic, no fan, kettle or microwave others said their cabins had, but it was certainly comfy enough. Take care to close the louvre windows before dark to keep out mozzies. We really appreciated the clothes drying rack! Was great to be able to wash some clothes to put out in the sun. There is a lovely pool and the back drop is volcanic rock cliff complete with Swifts and bats. They are also setting up Vanilla vines under these cliffs, an interesting attraction. Across the road and a short walk right, are two easy to get to beaches for snorkeling.very interesting underwater rock formations to explore. We loved the staff, they were very patient with our French and general communications. The restaurant is open air but under cover. Menus come in French and English, plenty of options and I would call it home cooking, quite filling and using local ingredients, but pretty expensive, as is the case everywhere in NC. We were able to hire a car on site, which was a bonus, as it is much too far to walk to We. Because of the lack transport options, we did have a day of staying on site to snorkel and sun bake. There was a bit of shopping to be had in the main reception area, so you could buy snacks and drinks or souvenirs if you needed to. There was a supermarket in We for this too if you went to town. One thing we did find was that the Total petrol station in We closed the bowsers at midday, which we didn’t know when we went to refill the car. This didn’t seem to be a problem, a common problem apparently. Car hire was approx $105 for the day and it was enough to do the whole island in a few hours. The car was dropped off at the Oasis and they came and picked it up later. Overall we enjoyed our stay, generally Lifou is a very laid back place and the Oasis reflected that too. Happy, friendly place!

A notre arrivée très mauvaises accueil , à peine si ont nous regarde ainsi que pour notre départ . Nous avions plutôt l impression de les faires C... Seul les dames lors du petit déjeuner était accueillantes. Petit déjeuner copieux , très bon et variés. Piscine très mal entretenu ainsi que les transat dommage car l endroit est très beau. Tarifs des consommations et repas horriblement chères cela est dommage car cela nous amène à consommer ailleurs. A refaire je ne reviendrai pas dans cette hôte

Déçu globalement L’accueil est froid voir même mauvais, pas du tout à l’image de la population de l’île de Lifou! Heureusement nous y sommes restés une seule nuit, il est préférable d’aller loger chez l’habitant bien plus accueillant !

Porte de chambre ajourée en sa partie basse. Nous avons dû mettre un linge pour boucher le trou afin que des "petites bêtesindésirables ne pénètrent". Mobilier de jardin en très mauvais état. Piscine sale mais propre le lendemain matin au moment de notre départ. Prix des prestations prohibitifs. Nous ne conseillons pas cet établissement, mais peut-être comme nous, vous n'aurez pas le choix.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans un appartement de l'hôtel. Si nous n'avons rien à redire sur la propreté de notre chambre, force a été de constater que la porte d'entrée, qui ressemble plus à une porte de chambre, était fortement dégradée en sa partie inférieure. Nous avons dû mettre une serviette en guise de bouche trou... Le flacon de douche était vide. A l'extérieur la piscine était salle et le mobilier de jardin en partie très dégradé. Vu les tarifs pratiqués sur place, nous avons préféré nous restaurer à Wé. Nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement.

Le cadre est très beau l'arrivée semble belle mais l'ensemble laisse à désirer restaurant très moyen service aléatoire chambre manque d'entretien et propreté en résumé cher pour le rapport qualité prix on trouve en gîte moins cher et plus convivial
