The Santa Maria, a Luxury Collection Hotel & Golf Resort, Panama City

Alquilé la habitación para una amiga, para que descansara unas horas entre vuelo y vuelo. A pesar de que facilité todos los datos al hotel, a través de Tryp, no autorizaron su acceso hasta dos horas después de su llegada, lo que la impidió descansar como queríamos. Una falta total de profesionalidad, . Cuando finalmente pudo acceder, la habitación no tenía agua caliente y el tf no funcionó. De todo ello son conscientes en el hotel. Intenté hablar con el director pero no me fue imposible por falta de interés de la dirección Creo que deberían exigir al hotel el reembolso total de lo pagado.

Excellent hôtel, chambre moderne, spacieuse et très propre. Le lit est fantastique immense et super confortable, un rêve. La piscine est très grande et super agréable. Le petit déjeuner buffet est très très bien. Le bar est très agréable mais le grand plus c’est le personnel professionnel, amical, super efficace, attentionné, un vrai service cinq étoiles. Bravo. 🤩

Vraiment exceptionnel! Le golf, la piscine, la salle de sport, la chambre… tout est parfait et situé à quelques minutes de l’aéroport. Je reviendrai et je resterai quelques jours car je n’y ai passé qu’une nuit avant mon départ du panama

This was just a beautiful resort. Gorgeous building, nice comfy rooms, excellent food, nice pools. To Uber everywhere was easy from this resort and tours would charge $10 to pick you up there, but no big deal. Our kids loved the pools and breakfast buffet. The only feedback I really have is to have a safety shower mat for the shower, as the floor gets slippery, and our toddler slipped twice in there and bumped his head. Also- we could not go in the pool on New Years Eve, as they were setting up for party. A playground over on the turf between the golf center and main lobby would be AMAZING for families, as there is no playground for kids to run around currently, and the rooms are tight. Other than that, amazing stay!

Staff were excellent. David at recepción exceeded expectations. Kiana at restaurant was very courteous and attentive. Betsali at Spa also provided exceptional service

The best hotel in Panama City. The beds are very comfortable. Best breakfast a lot of the choices. The restaurant was great too .the staff were very friendly and very helpful.Highly recommended .

Property, staff and overall a great place to stay. I travelled to Panama on a 2 day business trip and this is a great place to stay. The first night I had an issue with a person that had a “party” right next door and was really loud until 4am, I called security and they took care of the matter. I changed to another room.

Enjoyed my stay will be back in my next visit
