Wow! Treated like family. Guest trea**ent, facilitation - superb. Sky Lounge is a must! Not just the view, I highly recommend John treats you to a spectacular sun set experience over looking the Nile at end of the day. Pool Bar late night at must.

I had a great time at the Radisson hotel. Customer service was excellent from ladies and gentlemen. They were so dear to us and John played a crucial role during our stay. I would rate him (John )service as excellent. The Continental breakfast at the 10th floor was excellent……

The property is excellent and the amenities therein. Room ate in clean and neat conditions. The eating places, about 4 dining areas serve good food, light snack to grilled. Reception is also warm with refreshing towels an small eats served.

My vist was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and very professional. The amenities offered were very good. I wish to single out the laundry and pressing services. I recieved my clothes the same day. I wish to extend my gratitude to all staff members and Management of the hotel. Kind regards.

It was our first visit to Bertarelli Italian Restaurant on the 13th floor of Radisson. It really is the place to be seen. Very elegant and we believe it has a wonderful view of the river - we went at night. The service was impeccable, paired with a good Prosecco, the evening was memorable. The manager did a well executed Flambe for the birthday lady and the waitress was very friendly and pleasant.

I loved the breakfast here it was very nice, a wide selection of food, tasty and delicious. The staff were very helpful, useful and attentive especially John. The staff would always look out for you to see if you need any help with anything and would help you quickly and make sure that your listened to and cared for. Customer services are great at breakfast time.

I had a pleasant experience staying at Radisson Blue in Juba. It started with booking through Mr. Alex, all the way to the restaurants and room. The chef at the pool bar and the supervisor, Mr. Ajang, were excellent. Ms. Selam, Tsehay, and Gelila treated me and every other guest very well. The room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.
