There were red ants and spiders and lizard in the room, the bathroom didn’t have enough glass shields and most were missing, there were webs - even then they were not willing to change the room - had to argue and show them the state and finally they agreed to change the room. The room was booked for three people and they only provided towels and water bottles for two people each day and we had to make many calls to demand the towels.

great and helpful staff but cleanliness is not upto the mark. the bedsheets were used and had hair stuck of previous guests 😣… toilets are too small, you have to really struggle to get hot water.

The environment and room conditions are good but the hotel have less parking facilities the food they provided is quite average. Other wise good to stay there

Worst hotel experience ever. As we checked inn there is no electricity. No water supply in room. I ask them to fix this issue so they changed our room that new room has same issue more to it intercom is not working. Finally we stop complaining and change hotel very next day

The Hotel is best in its category and perfect for family stay. I found it value for money. Staff is courteous and helpful. We were also helped in designing perfect iternary for town visit and helped in booking for a cab for somnath. It also hosts a Gujarati restaurant named Rangat which is amazing. Definately worth staying for a good experience

We got Upgraded room and liked the hospitality of the staff. Manager guided us about the tourist spots and best time to visit. they have great Gujarat thali at restaurant. check-in process was smooth for NRI's. Book online for Girnar hills cable car.

Very late delivering of towel, slipper, no laundry bag no dental kit, poor reception and housekeep service, poor meal - paranoia with achaar(at least dahi was expected, no tv was working

Amazing hospitality, great food at restaurant rangal, the gujarati thali is a must try. Great service and highly recommended for the stay.
