I found some dirty between the coach. I was stayed in green building executive room for 2 nights. I dont see the bell boy or doorman or security around the door enter. And to get my room by lift without card access. So easy for another people outside go inside each floor.

Too many smoking people in the pool, lobby, public areas No air conditioner in library, feels hot Children facility (playground, golf) needs repairs, bit dirty and torn

Very nice hotel, but aircon is not cold enough becausethe room is too big (nusantara room), I enjoyed the swimming pool and the service, many fun activities!!
