This hotel needs renovation. Carpets in hallways are in poor shape, electronic door was difficult to open, elevator wasn’t working for 2 days. Hallways are very dimly lit.

Elevator was out of order, which I didn't know until after I accepted a room on the third floor. I'm most definitely healthy enough to take the stairs...but I should have been informed prior to receiving my room keys.
When I got to my room, the hardwood floor in the foyer/bathroom was sticky. It made a sound with every step I made. I didn't feel comfortable walking around barefoot in any part of the room. I checked in late and night and wanted to go to sleep. Otherwise I may have tried harder to change rooms to something less sticky.

The hotel was completely horrible, could not get any one to clean the rooms, never any clean towels, the elevators did for work for 4 days, and the staff did not speak English. Absolutely horrible experience!!!

The lobby and the corridors were dark and dingy. The rooms were okay. One helpful person at the front desk, and another who clearly had no idea what they were doing. No indication that they were in training, just rude.

Middle of the range hotel, in a connvenient location to walk to adjacent ***** mall with good restaurants/Starbucks.
Breakfast included in my stay.
I can still figure out why it was > $ 250, but other hotels like Marriott were over $ 350 the same weekend.

Tired hotel for the price. Security gate to the pool broken, pillows on the beds were rock hard. Generally a bit tired and not as clean as one would expect for Jupiter and the price.

So many issues Would never stay again. The service/ employees were fine. The room smelled heavily of mold. Sheets had stains. Shower drain backed up and drained very slow. The lighting was terrible and uncomfortable. The icing on the cake…. The customer in the room next down was apparently highly intoxicated, passed out drunk left tv on blaringly loud. Had to get the front desk employee to open room to wake customer which took over an hour at 2:30am to take care of.
