ラブホテルバッドランズ国立公園(Love Hotels Badlands National Park at Kadoka SD)

No internet, no customer service, old dirty beds, bugs. I understand that there's apparently from what they said one person trying to take care of all of this themselves but I think it really shouldn't be open until they can accommodate things properly.

Showed up to be told, ya you can stay but we have no heat no hot water. Our pipes burst a few days ago. How ignorant to take a reservation knowing they were broken down. Thoroughly disgusted

Dirt road with potholes. No hot water and no heat. Hornets nest in hotel allowed hornets into rooms. Not open for business at this time. Allowed me to cancel hotel.

It looks like they recently changed hands and you can tell they have been trying to clean things up. The carpet and paint seemed fairly new. There were a bunch of dead bugs in the bathroom. We couldn't get the TV to work and I don't think the heater was working, but we didn't really need it yet. You can hear other people talking and kids running around. The base of the sink seems to be unfinished plywood, which is not very sanitary because you can't really clean it. The beds were comfortable and the bedding smelled clean. I liked that they had a table and chairs, fridge and microwave.

There are not may choices in the area, but we expected more. Towels were clean, but damp. The room had flies- both dead and alive. No bath mat. We expected breakfast and the office was locked at 8am.

Two absolute deal breakers... Room was wrong and breakfast was NOT served. I had a three double bed reservation, but was given a room with two. Had to sleep with my wife and son in a double bed! Breakfast is a must, and though it says it would be served, they were "all out" when I asked THE NIGHT BEFORE!

Don't try this place So we were looking for an easy quick stay off the road near the Badlands, and booked this place online the morning of Sept. 14 for that evening. When we got there the place was completely locked up. There was another customer wandering around the parking lot - they had locked their keys in their room and couldn't get in. There was a handwritten note on the door of the office - it listed a number to call. After several attempts to call we got a hold of someone who was apparently driving a car. It was unclear exactly what they were saying, but it was something about "on their way to Rapid City to eat and would be back in an hour." As Rapid City is more than an hour away from this motel, it sounded like it would actually be at least a couple hours. We were unwilling to sit in the parking lot for hours so found another place for the evening. We told them to cancel our reservation. The next day we tried calling the number from the evening before several times - no one ever answered. We then called a number we found for OYO (who actually owns the motel?). The individual there said they would take care of it. The next day we received an email saying that "as we had checked in and checked out, there would be no refund." Perhaps someone at the motel was lying? We tried calling OYO a few more times with similar responses each time. We are now working with our credit card company to reverse the charges.

Good customer service and location; nice breakfast service. Extremely noisy children running around and people stomping back and forth all night long.

The outside looks really rough and kinda low grade. However, the room was nice and clean. The onsite manager was wonderful and very friendly. He is doing a wonderful job.
