Papillon Belvil Holiday Village

Location/Arrival: 30 min taxi from Antalya airport, arrived at midnight and was greeted from the taxi. Bags carried all the way to reception and to our rooms. Reception staff were excellent when checking us in and provided us with all the necessary information. Room: - 2 Adults & 2 Children We are staying in a Superior room which is on the second floor of the main hotel. In my opinion these are better and look very modern. Very clean, the cleaning team we met on the second day have been looking after us impeccably well. Mini fridge filled daily with drinks and snacks 👍 Food & Drink: Fantastic choice of food, not had chance to try everywhere just yet as there is so much choice! Premium drinks and excellent range of coffee and teas. Live cooking stations available and the chefs are super friendly. We are staying for 10 nights and have been given 2 additional restaurant visits and Sushi experience. The main food restaurants however are more than enough, kids part of the restaurant is a lovely touch. Staff: Friendliness is excellent, everyone we have encountered has been friendly and accommodating. Having previously stayed at a different resort I was slightly sceptical, however we have been blown away with this resort. Entertainment: Big show entertainment is on every evening with a kids disco beforehand. There are also games going on throughout the day if that’s your cup of tea. Staff are not pushy. Pools: Adult only pool for total relaxation. There’s then a really big main pool, next to this is a heated toddler pool. Further on there is another pool next to the slides. Slides are great fun and open 10-12 & 2-6. Further o. There is a kids club, we didn’t leave our kids in here but would have felt safe doing so. Our kids popped and out as they pleased. PlayStation 5’s, Lego room, mini park, trampolines, cinema and crafts available whenever you like. Kids club open 10am - 11pm. There is also a kids splash zone with slides etc.. Other points: We are currently still on site for another week staying in room 4212. We have already booked to come back again next October! Love the charm of this hotel. Does not give you the routine chain hotel vibe at all. Wonderful restaurant and delicious food! Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff and animators team were wonderful, helpful and friendly. Every day interesting activities and a lot of fun! The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm. I, especially, enjoyed the view of the sunset from the restaurant. Hotel is Just a charming place for children with great kids club and aqua park ! And wonderful turtles on the territory of the hotel

Very good place for family vacation, service on top. All personal very friendly and helpfull. Food is good, tasty, variety of choices. It’s paradise for children. Very nice aquapark, ice cream all the day 🥳🥳🥳🥳We’ll come back for sure ✌️😎😍🤩🫶

Great hotel, wonderful personnel, beautiful territory. Love everything! Food is awesome, a great variety of everything! Kanji restaurant provides delicious food. Kids are in love with kid’s club and all the activities animation team provides. Thank you for care about our kids!

Overall great hotel, just not quite as great as other reviews suggest! Good points: Very clean & hygienic with facilities all well looked after. Lovely position on the beach, heated pools which are essential in late October/early November. Great facilities for children in the kids club area / small slide pool. Waterpark was good fun too. Drinks were good with proper coffee & cocktails available, wine I’m told was not so great. Staff were all very pleasant and friendly. Little touches around the hotel like the steps up to allow little ones to order ice creams and the kids buffet were cute. Not so good (but still not bad): Food, in general we found the food a bit below par, It wasn’t bad as such just nothing stood out as tasting great and buffet food was often not hot enough. Fruit selection I also found disappointing. General appearance of the resort in places also looked a bit tired / old. Stairs up to buffet restaurant had a very wobbly railing. Other than this issues were just cosmetic.

My family and I have been in this particular resort for the second time already and we will be hopefully back next year! The rooms are clean and spacious, the food is great! We had 14 amazing days of swimming, water slides, fun beach days and my kids (7 and 6 years old) loved the Papy Kids Club! A big THANK YOU to all the ladies at the Papy Kids Club, especially Angelina, who took great care of our children! The entertainment program was brilliant for big and small! My kids loved the Canvas, the Clown Show and the MTV dance show, where my daughter was a part of. She had a blast dancing on stage! There are so many places you can choose from we love Papillon Belvil!

Extremely high quality all-inclusive resort, probably the best I’ve been to. Lots to do food and bars are excellent, as is the show each evening. Worth booking restaurants on your date of arrival as they get booked up, the quality is excellent, but even if you don’t get into the restaurant the food is outstanding. You would struggle to find better.

Very nice hotel, garden, restaurants, pool everything super. Food and activities also good. For vacation with children is super. After this hotel I visited Papillon Zeugma but Belvil is better for me. Stuff is friendly. Every evening in the amphitheatre different shows

Absolutely amazing experience value for money wise. Big modern rooms, clean and tidy, huge variety of high quality food, beverages, fruits and desserts, great pool areas for children, adults and infants alike. Service was also very good and friendly. Would definitely return and recommend for everybody who is looking for a superb value for money oriented, though still luxurious, all-inclusive resort in Europe.
