Amazing, great hospitality, great food

空調不好，房間舊，像桑拿房一樣，關掉空調也汗流浹背的，衹好開着門（通涼台）睡覺…，沒有窗户，不推薦

I have stayed at the Kempinski Dome 8/9 times ( 4 within the past 18 months. The hotel staff are excellent as is the service. The reception staff are helpful and always give us a warm, friendly and professional welcome. I can’t remember the receptionist’s name ( sorry ) who helped us yesterday to arrange a late check out she is wonderful. Last year ( my friend lost her passport ) and this lovely receptionist couldn’t help us enough to arrange a new passport etc…. Yesterday she was once again eager to help with our questions and late check out. Nudret ( breakfast waitress and also lunch at the beach bar ) is attentive and spoils her guests, she is wonderful and attentive and fun. She looks after us ( while still looking after the other guests ). Breakfast is fabulous at the main dinning area in the hotel. Lots to choose from and plenty of staff to help guests. The beach bar is bliss. The menu is great and there are lots to choose from it snd the food is delish. I love to shrimp casserole, the pide, the Mongolian beef all the salads This September we dined at Sofra 4 times. Tufan, Kadir, Ali and Cebril ( I apologise if I have missed anyone ) are professional, however full of fun and extremely attentive to the guests. Nothing was a bother ( I had them in speed dial to fill up my mini bar several times throughout the week ) and while dinning at the Sofra the service was exemplary. The FOOD was outstanding. Each meal was delicious, I had the Sea food risotto ( Diane had it twice with. 3 days … yummy and one of the best risottos I have had ) The shrimp tempura was so good we had it on each visit as sharing plates along with the Meze starter. The beef tenderloin (Christine snd Liz loved this ) was excellent. The puddings were brill. I ( nor my friends ) can find any fault or have any cause for complain about our times in Kempinski. We love the Kempinski and also now love Sofra. We golf the Pasha and Sultan. The staff Yasam ( pro-shop ) is super helpful and always happy to help with our Tee-times and any other golf questions. He is helpful and a joy to deal with. A friendly, helpful face who always has a smile when we arrive. The courses are in excellent condition and fun ( albeit challenging at times : you really need to plot your way around them ) However although challenging ( for me ) they are still score-able and very enjoyable. Temptation ( sultan course ) and Dilemma ( Pasha course ) are my favourite holes. Mehmet …… what can I say . He is our Ice Angel ( brought ice to us throughout our golf games ( 33 plus degree : so very hot snd sticky ) Mehmet works for the Antalya Golf Club. He is helpful, kind snd very thoughtful. As with all the staff nothing is a problem and he is eager to help with our needs ( ice, water, and …. We’ve stayed here 4 nights Ruth my wife. I’ve played golf and my wife was relaxing in the spa and beach area with white sand. It’s very quiet hotel with good service. The hotel reception is very professional and I wanted personally to recognize Cihangir, who helped me several times during my stay. We had rich breakfast and dinner outside with trained waiters. They made very good gin tonic with Hendricks. Sultan PGA golf course is amazing with fast shuttle delivery.

Amazing hotel as always with the best staff ever. Ece was always my favourite lady in red but now it’s Ekatarina who has been brilliant dealing with any issues and making sure my stay was first class. Ahmet the waiter is so enthusiastic and always greets everyone with a smile a top top waiter. The bar staff Serhat and Mustafa especially are amazing. Even Emre the concierge treats everyone like they are the most important guests that have ever visited. Thank you Ece for making me love this hotel and Ekatarina you are doing an incredible job. Everything about this hotel is top notch food staff drink and amenities I can’t recommend this place enough

Really enjoyed my stay at Kempinski. My friends and I went on a short vacation at the end of April. we had a great rest and were well taken care of. Thanks to the entire staff of the hotel, whose care was exemplary. I thank Savas for the attention with which he dealt with all our requests and Cuneyt for the excellent communication and problem-free accommodation. All the staff in the bars and restaurants were also very attentive and friendly. I would love to come back again soon.

I've been here many times before. Now I well surprised. Nice remodelled reception, main restaurant and rooms. There is also a new restaurant opened. The staff is attentive and always doing the best to make your stay comfortable. Specially thanks to F&B manager Savas, the front office manager Cuneyt and Chef Adnan. From the service I remember Ismail from Palm and one boy and one girl, the waiters from Dome Café. I don't remember their names, but they do a great job. The resort is specious, you have always your privacy. On the beach, by the pool, in bars and restaurants. Brilliant!

We decided for a short vacation with friends and chose Kempinski the dome based on good experiences. The hotel and the staff treated us very well as usual. Excellent service, great food and very friendly behavior of all the staff is the standard here. since last year, there have been changes in the interior of the room and the restaurant. The main restaurant and Selcuk restaurant are very nice and cozy. Many thanks to Savas for his great care and help, he was always there wherever he was needed. Adnan and I were able to talk about great food and we were always recommended what to try. there was also excellent communication with Cuneyt during the reservation of the stay and the subsequent check-in. Thanks for the convenient care and the rest of the staff, thanks to Ismail, the Dome Cafe bartender and everyone else. We will look forward to seeing you as soon as possible.
