Even after several times they always had incorrect details of booking. We had to call again and again because of fear that they will not book correctly 2) We requested for room without stairs, they confirmed, when we arrived the access to room was through stairs and room without stairs were given to other people. We were annoyed because we booked a month aga and several times we received confirmation. The manager asked why we did not bring wheel chair instead of being shameful for not fulfiling his comitment. 3) We checked in, Broken commode, broken taps, TV not working, broken locks, smelly blankets, dirty linen, what else can you think of 4) Food was not fresh, neither cooked propely We spent night with great difficulty and checked out as soon as we could.
