マウントポラリススイーツ＆スパ(Mount Polaris Suites & Spa)

The room were stinking . Couldn’t sleep properly because of the constant noise from the road . Leakage from the bathroom . Staff was nice but my experience was very bad . Food tasted horrible . Found hair in my food . Wifi was very bad . After constant argument with the staff , wifi was finally given with okayish speed . Parking is a huge problem . Will never visit this property .

The mount polarise hotel is very good and nice it location is on road the staff is very supporting and humble I am recommended to stay that place. It is excellent hotel at Kalimpong like food and another the staff mr. Rajanul , prane and miss upasana is very nice and helpfull nature and supportive I am satisfied is service and recommend to stay there if you came Kalimpong.

We have had an amazing stay here at Mount polaris. The staff here is warm and welcoming. The view of the mountains are so soothing too! Amazing view of eastern himalyan range and rest of the kalimpong nestled in it, from their terrace. Last but not the least food was amazing as well. Thankyou to Upasana for the best service

The ambience is beautiful . staff behavior is very good Specually Sifora, Upasana is best among them and the rooftop cafe is very attractive. All the main tourist attractions are nearby , they also provide very Good food in good rate.. Good stay

Room was very spacious and beautiful and we had 1 day stay here with our family their are ***y beautiful places to visit near by service are good by Upasana and her team.very good food 😀 polite staff and ***ager Mr Pranay. Thankyou team all the best

The room were very well organized and the ambience was beautiful 🤩 the food was delicious had variety all' the facility was good Good service by Upasana and Shipfora... The welcome drink was good strongly recommend the view from the room is really nice
