Excellent work across the board. Really nice support by Reshap Gurung in F&B. Upasana went way above and beyond to support us constantly. Unbelievable help even since before we checked in! All staff did splendid work. Location is great. Their Travel Desk is also really helpful.

Excellent service, excellent staying, excellent food. I would have some more star to give then I definitely give the more stars. The Captain of the restaurant, named Mr. Reshap Gurung, the Front office ***ager Ms. Upasana & the ***ager, Mr. Dipesh have provided us the best service till the last. We have enjoyed a lot. I had a good experience in the hotel and the place Kalimpong The staff hospitality and behavior are truly appreciating my stay in the hotel went very comfortable and peaceful ✌ food is good Ms. Upasna very helpful lady helped us and gave good room with nice view and offered us nice local good flavor tea. Excellent ambience!!! Great place to hang out for pocketing a pleasant memories. Heartfelt thanks to Reshap Gurung and his team..Rizawul ,Sambhu and chef Prem for their warm service.. Food was good,fresh and hot!!!. Wanna gang up clicking beautiful insta pics???..then definitely this is one of the destination.
