It was a very pleasant experience and stay. All the staff is very cordial and helpful. Specially in zodiac all the staffsbare really hospitable and kind enough. Thanks for all the hospitality.

The service at the hotel is exceptional. The entire staff is warm and welcoming. They'll always greet you with a smile and help you in any way you require. The food is fresh and tastes good.The travel desk is very helpful. The rooms are well-maintained and you are bound to have an overall great experience. We had a birthday celebration the day we arrived so Mr. Amit from housekeeping had amazing decorations ready for us as we arrived and both my wife and daughter (whose birthday it was) were very surprised. Mr. Amit's decorations were commendable and it made the overall experience far better. I will recommend the hotel to anyone who wishes to go to kalimpong to enjoy a comfortable stay, and is alrigt with splurging a little bit.

We came here on our honeymoon trip. The property is extremely beautiful for couples, family both. The staff ensured to go over and above to make our stay comfortable. Be it housekeeping ***ager Amit ji who left no stone unturned in decorating our room, Pratiksha and Pramita from restaurant who took care of our food. This property is must visit with your friends and family.

Our stay was amazing, all the staffs were extremely helpful and friendly. They have few board games and balls for kids, if you have time you can ask them and play in the common area. Breakfast spread was good and it was tasty as well . I would like to Thanks Pratiksha, Pratika and Amit for their hospitality.
