Excellent service and hospitality of the staff of Summit Barsana resort made us feel at home while we stayed in Kalimpong. Special mention to Nashib Chettri and team who organized and celebrated Mother’s Day with our family. Special thanks to Ipshika as well for being to helpful. Their entire team was awesome.

The hotel is top class. We were put up in a cottage which wad self contained Dinner and Breakfast was wholesome and very tasty. Staff are very courteous and efficient especially Ms. Priti chhetri , Ms. Ipshika chhetri, Mr. anup and sapana. A great experience but a short one as we stayed for a night only.

Ambiance was very nice, excellent service and good food. We enjoyed our visit to Summit Barsana Kalimpong. Thanks to Mr Navraj and his team for making our visit so memorable. When we come to kalimpong we would love to go to Barsana Summit again and again.

This was one of our best stays !! We are used to luxury properties but the hospitality of this hotel was way too good. We came from Elign Gangtok and were very skeptical but, this was just a surprise . Their lawns , outdoor sitting patio , gaming rooms all were excellent . They had a karaoke nite and their staff sang sooo welll . The food was very good . The ***ager Mr Nygel was amazing and welcomed us soo cheerfully . All in all must stay place ! Thanks to the entire team

Excellent place to stay and enjoy the beautiful indoor and out door with old world charm . Live music in the evening with some delicious food made our evening .The staff was very courteous . its a very nice place to relax and hang out with friends and family . thanks

Very nice place. Starting from reception staff is welcoming. Very polite staff. We were offered cottages which were clean and spacious. Property has large spaces of green garden to walk around. A serene and peaceful local music playing outside gives a nice feeli g. Food is tasty and delicious with a good variety. Game zone is compact but provided with board games in good condition. Overall a good experience and thanks to Priti, Anup, Sapna, Ipshika and Bipul for their hospitality and making our stay comfortable.

Allow me to summarize our family stay at the place which is the most recent , on 18th April 2024 to help fellow Travellers as well. The hotel is well maintained , beautification is spot on ,with an outdoor small garden out in front to enjoy your stay here at Barsana Summit Hotel. However , pls don't have food here is my personal suggestion. The food is horrible and steeply priced. The buffet spread that is charged up front is actually a set menu with very limited options. The staff are very open to serving you tea and coffee during buffet but for all other items such dosa, idli, poha or paratha or sandwich which you may wish to have , the staff need to be told repeatedly. Let me share my experience- Om the first day we were given a very limited menu for buffet breakfast and for lunch and dinner the food options are horrible. Also, due to the hotels location , with no nearby restaurants, one may have to Dine at the Barsana Summit hotel itself. For the day of our checkout , we ordered for 2 parathas per person for the three of us and three bowl of fruit Instead after repeat reminders for our takeaway breakfast , finally we got the parcel that had just 3 parathas and one small bowl of fruit ( papaya and banana , rotten banana) for 3 people !! The hotel view is great , not the restaurant or the buffet spread . They keep insisting on you paying for coffee to meet their daily targets , going ridiculous offers like buy 1 get 1 free , however , when you are about to pay for the coffer they say there is no such offer ,moreover, the prix displayed at the greenhouse area of the hotel says 100/ for coffee but bill comes fpr 120+ Tax ~ 141/ and for two cups of coffee it is 283/ instead of the original expected bill of 100/ ( as we were told on the first day of our stay, we javelin gst of ~ 15% and 15% discount on our hotel bill always ) , leaving customers clueless.

The combination of exceptional service, luxurious accommodation and stunning mountain view room make it the perfect destination for me and my husband. We are thankful to the staffs specially Anup, Sapana, Priti, Ipshika & Bipul. We can’t wait to return!
