Extremely enjoyable stay. All the staff are very friendly, the restaurants have amazing food and the facilities are of a very high standard. Have not experienced anything the bad reviews have mentioned. Would love to come back! Special mention to Elizabeth at the Laerma restaurant! Felt like we were in a Michelin star restaurant with the attentiveness.

Elizabeth and Angie were great good waiters and they weee very attentive to our needs. Food was excellent and hotel amenities were great.

Just got back from Helea lifestyle resort. It was honestly amazing. Ive never reviewed a hotel before, but just felt this needed sharing. Everything about the hotel is amazing. I genuinely have no negatives what so ever. The food and drink is out of this world, the service you receive is pure class. We stayed in a duelux suit with swim up room. You get a nespresso coffee machine, fully stocked fridge with water, apple juice orange juice, cola’s and fantas. We had exclusive access to the Greek restaurant for breakfast in the morning. (I’m not sure the rest of the hotel gets all this) we was on our honeymoon and they even chucked in a bottle of fizz in an ice bucket for our arrival. The food…I don’t know how they do it. I really don’t. The Buffett in the main hotel was amazing, breakfast lunch and tea. The street food bar and the gyro bar at the beach front just unreal! Burgers, gyros, hot dogs, crepes, doughnuts, loaded fries they had it all. And it’s all FREE!!!! The drinks….cocktails on tap, Hand made none of this canned or ready made stuff. bottled beer, draught beer, gins, vodka, rum. Amazing. It was clean, modern, stylish and ouzed class. I felt like a millionaire for 9 days. The pools….amazing. All clean and you have access to around 3/4 different ones including the water park. We spent a lot of time in our private swim up as was south facing and had the sun all day. You can’t reserve sun beds by throwing your towel down. I went with my wife and 3 year old. And we managed to stay in the resort 8 out 9 days. We never got bored. The beach is amazing and it’s 15 quid for a taxi to Rhodes old town which we did once. We 100% will go again. We loved it. We don’t think we will stay in a nicer hotel for the money anywhere else however I was talking to the bar staff and they said in peak summer June-August it gets too busy. Massive queues for drinks, and not enough sun beds. We would definitely pick end of April into may. We had no issues with drinks or sun beds. It was perfect. It was around 25 degrees every day. All in all. Amazing. 5 stars from us.

Verry Good food and friendly staff! Every time they ask is it is ok and is you need something. Drinks an food enough. We are coming back for another diner this holiday. Nice for kids and very clean restaurant! See you next time ! Have a great evening!

The hotel is amazing, it is one of the best I have been to. The pools invite you to a leisurely afternoon, by the sea shore it's quieter with clear and crystaline waters. The staff are very friendly and always available to meet your every needs, to name a few, Dimitra, Antígona, Teresa.... From housekeeping, to restaurant and front desk, the willingness to help with a ready smile and making you feel comfortable. The food offer is also amazing in any of the different restaurants. Finally a big thank you to the manager, who takes everyone's well being on board, be you a guest or staff. I will definitely return with my family.

Amazing hotel. This is the third time we stay at the hotel. Every time we are surprised again by the service..surprised by the warm and special attitude of the hotel staff. High quality food. Unlimited bars and drinks. Every evening there is a show for children and adults. Special thanks to Angela. To Panos to Anna to Alex And as you say to all the amazing people of Bamlanan. We will return for the fourth time without a doubt at all.

Great stay for couples! Fantastic seaside view with the option to relax by the pool. Great entertainment options with restaurants available outside of the all you can eat buffet. If you're here try Matsi and reserve in advance! The service is exceptional and the servers are very helpful, Glannis in Matsi in particular was great to talk to on our holiday!

The resort is really great if you’re coming with kids. The service in the restaurant is by far the best. The staff is very friendly. Especially Mary, she is kind, have great energy and welcomes everyone with the most beautiful smile.

Where do I even start?!…. Helea lifestyle is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. From start to finish, myself and my partner were treated like proper guests here. On arrival we were upgraded to a lovely sea view room (4303) and also had unlimited dining at the a la carte restaurants and the VIP breakfast experience. The food at this hotel is amazing. The buffet had lots of choice and the salad options in particular were very varied each day. We dined at the Italian restaurant and also the Greek restaurant. They were both equally as wonderful. The VIP breakfast was a great experience and we definitely recommend upgrading to a suite to have this included, for anyone that wants a bit more luxury. The service from all the staff was amazing, everyone went out of their way to ensure you had everything you needed. This is the first hotel that I have been able to choose from branded drinks which definitely made this hotel feel more luxury. Being able to get an aperol spritz off the all inclusive menu was a lovely surprise! The entertainment each day was top quality. From contemporary dancing round the pool to opera singers in the evening. Our stay was absolutely amazing, from the hotel decor to the food to the staff to the entertainment and facilities. There wasn’t anything that we could fault. Myself and my partner cannot wait to stay again!
