My boyfriend and I had a great stay here! Reception staff were outstanding, extremely polite and always willing to answer any questions even if not specifically about the hotel. Rooms were lovley and a great size. A lovely big balcony, we had the sea view one and would definitely recommend! The gym didn’t have a lot of varied equipment however it was pretty standard and a nice addition. The pool area was relexing and very scenic. Only small issue would be that the twin room had two single beds, rather than a double. This may have been a mistake on our part when booking but we did not see any option to get a double bed room. Also the air conditioning in our room didn’t work so it got quite hot at night. That being said, we had a great trip, in a nice hotel that is close to beaches and falaraki centre, however it was the lovely staff that made our hotel experience so great.

We had a great stay here, always so clean and the perfect place to stay. Rooms are very big with a nice balcony. Located in a very good area with nice restaurants etc. The staff on reception were always lovely and helpful and would phone us a taxi when needed and helped us with how to use the buses etc. Archontoula was especially helpful and was always the kindest to us and showed a real interest in how our holiday was going. Thank you!! We will be back 😊

Very simple apartment accommodation in a fantastic location and with a very friendly and thoughtful staff. This is primarily for families looking to travel in Rhodes, with easy beach access in Faliraki and a short distance away from many great things to do and see.

A party of ten, age from 12 to 67 spent one week at Epsilon late June 23. This was our second visit to the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Compared to our previous visit the service from the staff was maybe the most significant improvement. Excellent service from the staff, friendly and serviceminded. Housekeeping the same. The hotel is clean and well maintained. I could maybe suggest that the front at the balcony may be replaced with a front that do not block the fantastic view when sitting at the balcony. I must also recommend the breeakfast that is offered as an extra service. The breakfast is at the nearby hotel, just 200 metres walking or with the shuttle bus. A fantastic buffet. The pool at the hotel is small, however we spent the days at the beach enjoying the service from the staff at Ammades Hotel and beach-club. Also a nice excperience.

This was our second stay at Epsilon Apartments, within a few years apart. The big change is what appears to be the separation from Ammadus, which is now a new hotel down the road. The impact - pool is far smaller and not as good as it was, no direct access to hotel bar/restaurant (you can visit the beach bar as a guest), and no breakfast on site (actually served at Esperides Hotel down the road). All of these changes are a bit downgrade from our past experience. With that said, there are still many pros - staff is super friendly, apartments are spacious and very pleasant, location is great. Recommended for families that are ok with finding their own breakfast spot outside (plenty of options), ok with beach or traveling (vs pool). As we are both of the forementioned, we had a good time and enjoyed our stay.

We arrived at the Epilson Hotel on the 06/06/2023 in the early hours of the morning. Upon arrival we took the keys and made our way to the room, as we entered the room it was filthy with hairs in the shower and all around the bathroom and overall the apartment was not in the condition you would expect a hotel room to be in. In the morning we went downstairs for breakfast to be told that we had to take a shuttle bus to another hotel for the food, this is when we also found out that the pictures on the advertisement for the hotel were false. This hotel is not on the beachfront and does not have a beach bar and loungers, those photos are of the hotel in front which the receptionist stated you could use if you paid for it. We then decided that we wanted to check out and move hotels, we contacted ******* and spoke with the hotel who agreed that we could leave and would receive a refund. After we left the hotel and booked into another one we were then informed that the manager has since refused the refund and ******* are absolutely useless hiding behind this as a reason to not send the money back. All in all if you are looking at booking this hotel be aware that the pictures are not the hotel you are booking and this is the hotel in front. We have never left a hotel in our lives and if it was just the cleanliness of the room we may have stayed, do not book with this hotel extremely disappointed and now out of pocket.

These apartments are fantastic, huge, spotlessly clean and has everything you need. The staff are lovely, so polite and friendly, give 100% of their time and effort. Just be aware that the pictures that are on the websites are old ones. There is no longer a lovely huge pool, it's been given over to the Boutique Hotel next door The Esperides, and they have built their own pool area, that you can't use. No problem for us, as it was just 2 of us but if you have children, and expect a massive pool, your in for a shock. The pool is small, and not really enjoyable for a child if they want something interesting. Access to the beach is down a side road, not through the back of the hotel that I think there was before. We spoke to a lady who has been here many times before, so she told us about how it was before the boutique hotel was refurbished . But the beach is fab, the beach bar is lush! Do take ear plugs because it is noisy of a night time especially if the wind gets up! All in all, a fabulous place, we're definitely coming again next year!
