White Dreams Resort

We had a wonderful and relaxing 10 days at this beautiful hotel, and I cannot compliment it enough. When we arrived, the check-in experience was pleasant and quick, and we were given a surprise upgrade to one of the incredible maisonette swim-up suites! The room was gorgeous, had a nice seating area downstairs, with the bedroom located upstairs on the mezzanine. Everything was spotless, had absolutely everything we could need, and was serviced regularly. The bed was extremely comfortable, aircon was great, and the shower had excellent pressure. The terrace outside was lovely, had its own sun-loungers and hanging egg-chair, got the sun until early afternoon, and had access to a pool shared with only 4 other rooms (which was amazing!). Now on to the food! As I am gluten-intolerant, I have never done all-inclusive before, so this was a bit of a worry for me. I contacted the hotle when booking, and I was assured that they would be able to look after me. I shouldn't have worried one bit! In the entire 10 days there were only 2 meals where I didn't fancy any of the gluten-free options on offer, but as they had told me on check-in that gluten-free pasta would always be available if I asked, I was able to request that option (and the restaurant team were happy to help). As we visited at the end of season, there was a slightly smaller selection on our last few days, but that is to be expected - and there was still good choices. As soon as we sat down for our dinner each evening, a member of the restaurant team would approach within just a couple of minutes to take our drinks order, no matter how busy it got. The wine was nice (I didn't try the beer as there wasn't a GF option, but wine was fine for me!). I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to any travellers requiring a gluten-free diet - plenty of choice, all allergens were clearly marked at the buffet, and the staff were knowledgable and happy to assist. There were 3 bars at the hotel - the main bar next to reception, and two pool bars. We mainly drank at the bar beside the big pool, as this was closest to our room. Bar-staff at all the bars were very friendly and quick to make cocktails. Only the reception bar gave drinks in a glass, the pool bars served them in plastic, which is understandable for health and safety. The cocktails were tasty, and plenty of options were included in the all-inclusive rate (it's a pity that mojitos weren't included but the Blue Lagoons were just as refreshing so I din't miss them). Lastly, I'd like to compliment the staff. Every single staff member we met was warm, friendly and incredibly helpful; always had a smile and a kind word. The hotel has a fantastic team and everybody made us feel so welcome. We really hope to return for another relaxing trip.

Fantastic resort - we had a lovely swim up pool room for our stay and even though it was the very end of the season there was always a good selection of food to choose from. The reception, bar & restaurant staff really couldn’t do more for us. The hotel is within a 10 minute walk to a lovely beach and Faliraki town is just a 20 min walk or a few mins by car. Thanks for our stay and thanks Elena for the warm welcome! We will surely stay again

Amazing 8 Days at this beautiful hotel. All of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. A huge shout out to Elena & Georgios who were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel was spotlessly clean, food was good and although only local drinks served the cocktails made up for it! Would we return? Definitely!! Thank you to the whole team at White Dreams!

Absolutely terrible hotel! The hotel is aesthetically pleasing, but thats about as good as it gets... One of the bar staff at the main pool was incredibly rude. The drinks were terrible. spirits were awful. tasted nothing like what they should. Beer was awful, and had lots of white bits in it. apparently the lines needed cleaning, but they wouldn't do it as it was end of season. menu states apple juice, orange juice, pineapple juice etc, but none were juice. all were just a flavouring added to drinks to make it taste like pineapple juice, orange juice etc. when questioned, the receptionist told us this is something you would expect from a 5 start hotel, not a 4 start hotel... terrible food, and limited choice. again, probably becasue it was end of season, and the guests that stay here at this time are irrelevant. Cockroaches all around the restaurant. last 4 days of holiday had to eat elsewhere becasue of this. Rooms had nothing included. No iron, hangers, tables, tea/coffee making facilities. However, on checkout, we used a different room to shower before our flight, and this had all of the above included. No such thing as service here. There were probably only 8 staff working at this hotel when we were there. not once were we offered drinks, or had any bought to us by the pool etc. All self service. Luggage was also not collected or help offered when we arrived. Definitely not the service you'd expect from a 4 star hotel. Awful experience at this hotel. Would never return, nor recommend anyone waste the hard earnt money here.

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were spacious and clean. We were in 3002 which is on the ground floor. Our patio doors lead straight onto the smaller, quieter pool but our sun loungers only got the sun later on so we spent most of our time at the larger pool which was directly out the front door (only seconds walk). There were 2 bars, one at each pool, plenty sun lounges but not every one had a parasol which wasn’t really a big deal. The bar, restaurant and reception staff were lovely too. Hotel is only about a 20 minute walk to Faliraki ***** with plenty shops, bars and restaurants along the way. The only thing we didn’t like was that I the room, there is a light system so you can choose whether you want ur room cleaned or not but the maids don’t seem to pay attention to it. Almost everyday we put our light to red but they just let themselves in when we were still sleeping.

We arrived at White Dreams Resort on 23/07/2023 due to having to evacuate the wildfires in the south. Let me just say - the staff were absolutely amazing. I was left speechless. They took us in with no issues and were so incredibly accommodating! Huge thank you to the receptionists and hotel manager! I had my eye on this hotel but it seemed to be sold out throughout summer, but we ended up here anyway and we were very happy. The aesthetics and layout of the hotel are amazing, very well designed. The hotel has 3 beautiful pools that had plenty of sun beds, throughout our stay we did not have to wake up early to reserved them as there were always some available! Great pool bars with amazing ice coffee and refreshing drinks. The staff are a credit to the hotel, honestly can't say enough how amazing everyone was. I would recommend this hotel solely because of the staff! Niko at the pool bar in the evening was amazing, always stayed around for a chat and made the evenings nice. Also, the restaurant staff/a la carte we so helpful and warm, always meeting you with a smile. Food was lovely, we all enjoyed it and it was to our liking! Something different was always there and it was all very delicious. Only negative is that there is no entertainment and the beach is a walk away. But we still managed to entertain ourselves with cards and the arcade games by the bar. Overall very pleased with the hotel we had an amazing 10 days here and baring in mind the fires/evacuation the hotel made us forget about it and have the best time! A very nice stay in White dreams hotel. We went there for a summer vacation that lasted for 8 days. We are coming up with many highlites of this hotel: - beautiful complex with a lot of green areas - minimalistic architecture - everything well cleaned - two big swimming pools (never saw it crowded) - almost every sunbed has its own umbrella - variety of good food, every day something new (always a lot of fruit, vegetable, for lunch and dinner delicious cakes and also an ice cream) - shop fulled of necessary things, souvenirs, beach and pool stuff, games - very polite personal (especially Ellen and her collegue at the reception - Greetings from Czech Republic!! Thank you for all your help and positive energy! Also a huge thanks for shop assistant!) - also all members of waitresses were professional and kind, thank you so much! - ten minutes of massages gratis to your reservations at the hotel spa - express busses can be booked for a better price than taxi On the other hand we would also like to give some tips, that could be improved: - be a little faster with asking for something alcoholic to drink during lunch and dinner time - be more strict about left towels at the sunbeds - people use it to reserve their beds but blocks it for another guests Overall we spent a really good time here and we would reccomend this hotel to everybody.

August 08 to 18 - All good, food basically buffet but regularly and quickly replenished, good fair with some variations all very edible, as catering for all found a little lacking in higher flavours 'spices'. Room good with daily up keeping. Unbranded drinks with spirits a bit hit and miss some bottles just alcohol with no taste even drank without a mixer and from a sealed bottle! Hotel management should look into this if cause is unknown to them. Also marked lack of sun beds with umbrellas and as our two week stay progressed more and more towels left out overnight to reserve these beds a game I do not care to play. What made the hotel what is is were the staff, happy to engage happy to see you and anticipate your needs such as noting we drank beer at lunch and two beers would appear, evening wine the same without ordering. Thank you to all staff for making our holiday, Kitchen, Serving, Bar and Cleaners all putting in their efforts to make an inviting experience. Regards to All, David & Amanda
