Firstly, the employees are absolutely amazing- respectful, helpful and such bundles of joy, they emanate joy every time they see a client (atleast for me, they always gave me the big smiles that screamed we are happy to have you). A big shout out to Maria (such a joyful lady and very very helpful and welcoming), James (the one who always stands in the reception lobby ever ready to be of help with a huge smile) and the lady who always stood by the entrance to the restaurant where we were having breakfast, fully welcoming; the guy who is behind the egg stand during breakfast (he served so joyfully). In short, you have such great employees worth keeping! Secondly, I enjoyed the variety of food both during breakfast and dinner. I always like it when I have many options and the food was well cooked and always served hot Thirdly, the house keeping lady (I wish I remembered her name). The respect was out of this world and the cleaning of the room was excellently done! I will definitely make it my home the next time I visit Uganda.

Had good time at Fairway, people very welcoming and the place is clean and fresh.best place to be when in Kampala. Good security and loving dishes of food Met the relations office mr.benjamain who had good introduction and great welcoming remarks.

We had an amazing stay at fairway hotel! High standard of cleanliness, good WiFi, varied breakfast. The staff really make the stay. I was unwell for a few days and they went out of their way to help me feel comfortable and better. Highly recommended whether you are planning a short or longer work related stay in kampala.

This place is charming. Loved the African decor, the spacious grounds, and the large bedrooms. Bed was super comfortable. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. And the Indian/Asian restaurant is fabulous. And even though the hotel is in the middle of the city, it feels very secluded. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and the food was also great. I would be happy to come back. I alsodid a conference at the venue and the staff was responsive to my requests.

Das Fairway Boutique Hotel ist ein wirklich toller Ort um die Nächte in Kampala zu verbringen. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und bietet eine kleine Auswahl an Boutiquen direkt auf dem Hotelgelände. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, groß und modern eingerichtet und mit Klimaanlage und Safe ausgestattet. Das Hotel hat einen schönen sauberen Poolbereich mit Bar und kleinen "Restaurants" Direkt an das Hotel angeschlossen ist ein Restaurant mit sehr gutem Essen und einer tollen Atmosphäre. Hier wird auch das unglaublich vielseitige und leckere Frühstück serviert. Dies war mit das beste Frühstück unserer gesamten Reise. Wenn man es nicht zum Frühstück schafft bekommt man eine Tasche mit Frühstück to go! Besonders hervorzuheben ist der sehr gute Service und die netten Mitarbeiter. Hier hat mich sich willkommen und geschätzt gefühlt und wurde hervorragend umsorgt. Anlässlich unserer Hochzeit wurde sogar unser Zimmer mit vielen Rosenblättern und Rosen dekoriert und eine Flasche Wein mit zwei Gläsern bereitgestellt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Good not great. All very acceptable but the kind of property that you wouldn't care if you never saw it again. The upper end of average throughout except for the lack of parking which is shameful.
