One of the best and reasonable hotel in Kampala, spacious suite Hotel which is neat, clean and secure. Property is very well maintained. Ideal for long stays also as the Kirchen is well equipped Only suggestion is to have an Aircon in the living area Al's Breakfast is Ala Carte which is the best part as you get everything freshly made to you style and taste. Also the food quality is good and portion size for other meals are well priced and decent portion size for one. Order in advance as it takes some time for food to be ready Special shout to Mr. Neeraj and Norah for making my stay very comfortable

Five night stay while I was speaking at a conference nearby. Delighted with the apar**ent. It was very spacious and beautifully appointed with comfortable sofas and chairs. Plenty of wardrobe space and multiple plugs. Best shower I have experienced anywhere – plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Wi-Fi was excellent. Two bottles of water were replenished each day. I would have liked the teabags to be replenished as well though. Good choice of food available at the restaurant. Everywhere was kept very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful and at reception they knew my room number without being told. If I have another conference in the area, this is definitely where I will stay.

If you like space, you'll love these big rooms! We were picking up supplies for our village school and the staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to assist us. Even storing some small furniture and boxes for us until our truck arrived. They were really great.

No hot water on both mornings. I advised staff after the first night but still no change. Disappointing. Also, pillows are uncomfortable. Bed is good though, room is clean, service is okay.

I recently stayed at this hotel, expecting a decent 3-star experience, but was left disappointed. The rooms were dated with worn-out furniture and the linens had seen better days. The cleanliness was below par, and I spotted dirt in more than a few places. Moreover, the Wi-Fi connection was patchy, making it tough for me to get work done during my stay. Breakfast was mediocre at best, with limited choices and not much variation from day to day. Overall, I would say this hotel feels more like a 2-star establishment. Would think twice before booking again.

Bukoto heights has ample parking space. The receptionists are very welcoming, professional and efficient. The rooms are spacious, airy and well equipped.

Very helpful and nice staff. They cleaned every day. Make sure to get an apar**ent in block b. There is so much noice from a church and the road in block a. The swimming pool is about 10 minutes walk away on kabira club. We also had access to munyono resort. A veeeery nice place to relax.

Everything went so smooth. I booked for my family and the assistant manager was very helpful and kind!! Clean appartements!! I will recommend this one!! Thank you

Stayed here between 10th April and 1st of May 2023 , got to say the stay was excellent the rooms were fantastic and spacious. All the staff from reception to cleaning staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Having a second floor room with balcony and city view was so good as there is always something to see, it was so good I did not want to leave
