This is a must Stay! amazing Hotel nestled into the mountains with hiking, skiing, skating, 5 star restaurant,, Spa, indoor pool out door hot tub. Great if you like the outdoors.

この物件は美しく、家族連れに最適です。私たちは少なくとも年に一度、通常は夏に訪れます。今回は、部屋の清潔さとサービスが前年ほど良くないことがわかりました。私たちの部屋は、私たちがそこに滞在した3泊の間、サービスを受けられませんでした。

夫、娘、そして私はこのホテルで素晴らしい時間を過ごしました。ウォーターパークは素晴らしく、3歳の娘は山をテーマにしたプールと滑り台が気に入りました。フォルテは、夕食においしい料理と豪華なビュッフェ式朝食を提供する、食事をするのにとても良い場所でした。私たちの部屋はとても清潔でした。このホテルの隅々、特に山の美しい景色を背景に生演奏を聴きながらスモアを食べたパティオが大好きです。本当に私たちにとって完璧な週末でした 3。;) 私たちはここに戻ってくるのが大好きです。

スイートでの犬の同伴は許可されていますが、ディナーの予約があったにもかかわらず、屋外での食事に関するどちらのレストランのポリシーにも感銘を受けませんでした。動物を部屋に一人で残してはいけないと要求するのは不合理ですが、食事には対応しなければなりません。動物が騒ぎを起こしている場合に、飼い主が戻って問題に対処できるように、細胞番号を取得することをお勧めします。つまり、彼らは近くにいて、ハイキングやゴルフをしていないということになります。

ノルディック スパは、一日を過ごすのに最適な方法です。ホテルは古いです。スパビストロでの食事は最高でした。ホテルでの食事はひどいもので、高すぎました。

Spa was amazing, staff were amazing, an excellent place for a quiet get away to recharge the batteries.

The Nordic Spa was invigorating and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there were a few of the facilities under repair so unable to enjoy the full experience. A discount was provided. Pet friendly so nice to see the dogs around the property. Limited shopping opportunities but the dining choices were good. Unless you enjoy winter sports there is limited activities in the winter.

My husband and I booked a one night stay, utilizing the outdoor hydrotherapy facility, with a spa massage and having dinner at Forte’s restaurant, it was truly a relaxing stay. We will be back again in April!

Everything you need for a family! Our children particularly loved the s’more stations, buffet breakfast, and pool (opens at 6am!)

The rooms are nice and the food was great at the restaurant. Unfortunately the power went out from 8:30 - 10:30 pm which meant our birthday celebration was not what we had hopped. The hotel made no compensation. Would have been nice if they had offered even free coffee/ muffin in the morning or a discount.

It was good. About $500 per night with no breakfast included. There were little things missing, for example no microwave in the room. We were in a family room with 2 queen beds and a king, but the room was only stocked with 2 cups. We also had a T-shirt taken from a locker at the pool. We had tried to use the key pad lock but couldn’t get it to work. Shampoo and conditioner were also empty in the women’s locker room. Service was good and staff were very kind. All and all stay was fun, beautiful walkways, so close to nakiska ski resort! Very nice pool and hot tub. Just a few things would have made our stay nicer.

We enjoyed the nordic spa twilight hydrotherapy. What we did not enjoy was that the power went out and nobody was able to provide us service to Order food when the power returned even though it was well before the dining service had even closes for the night. I was texting a girl named Ana from my phone when the power went out and nothing was offered to us as an alternative for sourcing food options and when the power did return and I asked her about ordering food she completely ignored my message and stopped responding. I do not expect this type of service from any hotel I am staying at when I am already over paying for a hotel room. I had this trip planned for my husbands birthday and our anniversary and can say we would not recommend this place to any of our friends due to the fact that nobody was able to provide us service within working hours for food. We went to bed hungry and upset. We had thought maybe at check out the guest services lady would have appologized for any inconvenience but yet nothing was said and it seemed to have been avoided.

Spent a few nights here with our kids and always plenty to do with them. They love the water park in the pool as well as the other options available around the resort. Great restaurants to eat at and we will definitely be back.

Absolutely stunning location super spacious and clean hotel and room, kind staff, and plenty of amenities, definitely suggest. Also the Nordic spa being right there huge plus.
