The facility could have great potential because it is well furnished but beyond that there are no positive aspects. The room is dirty to say the least with items left by other guests (see photo), hair, dust etc. The deluxe rooms overlook the main street full of trucks and it is impossible to sleep at night. Also in the common area there was noise and music until the early hours of the morning with no respect for the guests.The bathroom was also dirty, poorly lit and with the drains clogged.

This hotel has a lot of potential with comfy beds and a nice wooden decor, but at the moment it’s lacking cleanliness and maintenance. Rubbish was left on the floor between cupboards including a face mask from a previous guest. There was a huge clump of hair on the floor. The bathroom just needs a really good clean, the floor was black and slimy when it was wet. The cold tap didn’t work on the shower at all, but we were very grateful that the hot worked and we were able to wash quickly before it became too hot. There’s a heater and heated blankets which we appreciated. Also there’s pigeons living in the roof and they are so loud in the early morning.

房間比較具有藏式特色，但是偏舊，衞生條件一般，因為是帶着寵物出行的所以選了這家店，總體還是可以，老式木板樓梯走路聲音會比較大。 店家還主動幫我提了行李，感謝感謝

酒店位於四川省康定縣塔公鎮，這裏的海拔3700多米，酒店裝飾具有藏族特色，2樓辦理住宿和餐飲。住宿在3樓和4樓，最大的問題是沒有電梯。在高海拔處走上幾步樓梯是非常吃力的。還好服務人員會幫忙將我們的行李送上房間。酒店的餐飲叫滿意的竹簽牛肉，牛肉是氂牛肉。牛奶是氂牛奶。

房間、衞生間都較大，特別感謝穿深色衣服有點瘦弱的那位工作人員，多次主動幫我提行李到房間。希望酒店今後能加裝電梯，在海拔3700多米的地方搬運行李上下三樓，沒電梯確實惱火。另外停車場雖然很大，但大部分地方積水，上下車頗為不便，望把地墊平或想辦法排水。

再也不會住這裏了，別的不多説。房間走路咯吱咯吱響，還沒網，廁所洗臉盆裏還有上一個客人留下的飯粒跟菜葉子……

非常好，房間也很大，還有電熱毯，這樣暖和一些，晚上斷電2個小時，店家還拿來了應急燈。

房間很大，風格也不錯。可能老店設施舊了，衞生打掃不乾淨。

今天的住宿真得我無力吐槽，本來看是66平的藏式豪華大床房，雄哥和老楊兩個加一起350斤的東北漢子都大床房了，本來打算體驗一下。屋確實很大，屋裡的裝修也很藏式，一進去確實很舒服，但是但是啊，沒有熱水啊同志們，塔公草原已經不算太高原了，那水根本就一點熱氣都沒有，特別冷特別冷，給我都凍得人都不行了，找了前台的小姑娘根本解決不了，就説等等，而且最無語的是她摸着那連温水都不算的水説他們就叫這個熱水，我真得無力了，家庭旅館我也無法投訴，給我們冷的把羽絨服都壓在被子上了，帥帥冷到頭疼，我真得感覺這個最基本的熱水的都無法保障確實很失望，客房小姑娘態度很好但是確實沒有解決熱水的問題，洗不了澡。

前台幫忙拿了行李箱，挺好的，但是房間的設施不行，一整晚都沒熱水，聯繫老闆讓解決一下，老闆卻説您另尋他處，哈哈，真牛，而且自來水特別臟，體驗真的差

很濃厚的藏式風格，窗户和露台都能看到，很棒的風景。不過就是這個季節有點太冷了。
