Overall, it was good since gud service and nice location. However, there were some problems with water supply but that is acceptable

We stayed there for two nights, and room service was terrible. They did not have the food according to the menu.

Hotel is situated on jogiwara road, a little difficult to approach. A smaller room was provided to us while we booked deluxe spacious room. No view was there from the room.

The receptionist was simply horrible. I didnt feel like seeing his face in the entire trip as he had so much attitude on his face. Guest is supposed to be treated nicely whatever his age be, but just because we were young, the receptionist felt he could be disrespectful to us. He was seen on his phone through out the day. Whenever we passed by the reception, he had his feet on the table and loudly talking on the phone. The rooms and food is nice, but the owners should see what kind of people are they hiring and keeping at the property. I would not re-comment the hotel coz its better to avoid that ungrateful manager / receptionist. Oh and he also tried scamming us by giving us standard room when we had booked for super deluxe room online. Also when requested to contact some scooter rent shops he came back to us saying it will charge 750- whereas when we contacted the shops directly we got it for 400 per day. He was charging almost double and trying to keep the extra money in his pocket. Owners and guests should be aware of such behaviour.

Hi team, I would recommend to visit once and decide whether it is hotel or room stay or just a basic room. No fan, insects are moving here and there. The images uploaded are totally different then the original. Requesting you to first validate the hotel and then approve them to upload the pics.

The property was clean and spacious. However basic amenity like a toothpaste was missing. Had to ask one of the people there to go to the market and bring one.

Hotel was very good and neat and clean rooms. Staff of the hotel was very polite and service of the hotel was also fast. Staff was co-operative. Location of the hotel was very good and hotel was at quite place.

Location is good and easily accessible. We get good view of mountains from window. Food is also good

Location is downward and rooms are downstairs. No. Lift. Food is good. Intercom doesnt work after 10 30 pm.
