Hotel Samridhi Palace

Booked deluxe room but they provided different room and it was not the one which was shown in pictures

No cleanliness and room was also not good. Parts were missing and even windows were broken. Also it was my biz assured isk how you guys review the peoperty

The photos are highly deceiving. The hotel is on 2nd floor. Asked for hot drinking water for 3 people, the water was not completely clean, and the room service came in morning to ask those glasses because they needed them in the restaurant. The bathroom was leaky and after minimum usage would get wet and dirty. Unsatisfactory

1-the hygiene level is very poor. 2-staff member are not honest. 3-manipulating the bills.

Enjoyed staying over here, well behaviour and well mannered staff. Room service is also good. Locality wise also good because it's at a bit outskirt location from crowded town

The room and the bathrooms were very clean. The staff was polite and helpful. The interiors were very good.

Property is situated in the outer most location of kanpur city, still its not that hard to find it. There are ample of transportation options available. Food is too costly as compared to other hotels. Service is good but they still dont have a first aid kit, so the last time i went, i was in fewer but they didn't have thermometer nor any medicine. In result i had to roam around the streets looking for medicine in the night. Overall it was a okay okay stay ! do visit if possible.

It was for 3-4 days and it was a good experience the room was clean and the bathroom was also clean but shabby. If you are thinking of staying here then you can it's a good place.
