The property was very good the buffet was great .. But But . But.. Front desk manger and front desk staff are sneaky ( there's offer says the dinner $22 after we had it they charged us almost $40 per person.. I have pictures of the offer and the bill.. any way they have to be sorry for that ...

It was an experience to remember. I stayed for a month. Starting From the front Diana Gezawy and her team did a superb job. They are the best. Sally, Ibrahim, qutaiba, Nawar, Elham among them. Room service is great. Restaurant services are ideal, thanks to Ali Ballout. I have stayed at many hotels in the US and Europe but I can vouch that your overall services are outstanding and one of the best. George drawing in sales was very professional. We had dinner at Levant restaurant almost every night. The food is great, the staff and especially the Chef mostafa Raad who checked on our table every time to make sure all is well. I also met Mr. Ghassan Dalal who has a great personality and a welcoming hospitality. YOU ARE ONE OF THE VERY BEST. I am greatly satisfied with my stay at Babel Hotel.

I visit a lot of places I have never been see before that kind of place I love it the is very safe there is a lot of outdoor activities and indoor dining restaurants specially the buffet breakfast it’s amazing the staff are very friendly and very welcoming kind I really enjoyed my stay there I feel like my second home I should never forget that who makes my stay beautiful the hostess mariya and specialty Judy from the restaurant I can not forget that beautiful smile those two lovely girls they make the hotel luxury I recommend you to visit them you going to love it

Positive points: - premium in Baghdad - good swimming pool - good view from room (Dejleh river view) - good yard to seat and enjoy - good terrace in the room points to improve: - high price - dental kit was not in the room (per request, they gave it to me)

I am traveling by motorcycle and I booked a hotel on the basis that the hotel is 5 stars. No one wants to carry my luggage from the motorcycle. They took my rings because they are forbidden from entering the hotel. I do not know the reason. When I received the helmet, it turned out to be scratched and thrown away.
