The villa is spacious and provides all the necessary amenities required. However, one of the towels provided is very dirty, and luckily, my friend has brought her a change of towel as we need to shower quickly and go out soon. The bedsheet has some stains as well, which makes it unpleasant. However, I would like to comment on the lobby service as well as the restaurant we dine in. The staff are very courteous and helpful. When asked for a change of towels and ironing board, they respond and deliver efficiently. There is a buggy service to send you from the lobby to your villa if you dont wish to walk as the place is huge.

I fell in love instantly when I stumbled upon this hotel on hotel booking site and decided to book a stay. The resort is cool as it is surrounded by lot's of plants and trees. The wooden villas are cute and looked unreal, but quite spacious for 2 persons. Efficient buggy and room service via Whatsapp. Food served in the hotel restaurant was tasty, my stomach healed after trying an Indonesian drink contain cinnamon and ginger (I forgot the name, pls check my picture!) when I had stomach issue. Listening to the birds singing while watching cute cats playing hide & seek, Shanaya is a perfect choice if you want a peaceful stay and immerse yourself in the nature.

The receptionist was very warm, also the staff mas kit are very friendly to all of my kids, I love the green spot in front of the restaurant✨ My daughter have good time seat with the rabbit, and my son so happy to be able to ride bicycle together, play table tennis 🏓 also chess ♟️ everything so peaceful. - towels is to thin maybe can improve for the quality, - we stay in ranggawuni 401 the floor is too squeaky. -the tv turn on by it self when I turn it off so I have to unplug the cable. Overall I would like to come back.

The hotel offers a nice view and plenty of activities to do, but it falls short in several areas. Shampoo and shower gel are 2 in 1, which compromises quality. There’s no side table for convenience, and the food is bland. I was assured a free late checkout before my stay, but during checkout, I was charged 20% of the room price. Additionally, the shuttle service was delayed. Overall, the experience was okay but could have been better.

Definitely a great cooling place with nature. Very well maintained (guessed it is managed by Ascot group). Lots of Instagramable spots and backed by My Arjuna. Hotel rate is 50-70% cheaper during their quiet season (Fasting month), so we opted the villa which is furnished with Balinese style. Their glamping units aka Lord of the Rings has 2-4 beds styles. So booked early to avoid disappointment as it is mostly full according to our buggy driver
