We had a wonderful experience in this boat house, homely food and heater service was the highlight. Mr. Sahil was very friendly and he had planned our Kashmir trip package for 5 days. We had a very good experience with the hotels and vehicle provided. Would strongly recommend him for Kashmir package details. Thanks for the lovely trip !

Nice, but costly. Location is good. Food taste is average, not a variety of food, just dal nd vegetable in dinner.. Shikara ride was good. Rooms nd drawing room was good nd clean. But water in washroom was stinking like anything, it was hell. We couldn't even brush with that water, it was from dal lake. Staff name Inayat was very helpful. Overall good experience.

The hospitality of the staff was very accommodating and the surrounding area was an eye candy, the food was very homely, the wifi was great and TV with T20 world cup was an holy combination, got here at June so the need for Air con weren't applicable but ability was plus. in all will suggest you to say here

we stayed here for 01 night. Amazing houseboat, interiors are beautifully decorated. Staff is well mannered and so polite. The Owner Mr Sahil is very helpful person. He can help you out with Kashmir Transport services and full kashmir tour packages. We highly recommend this place, if you are looking for Stay in houseboat.

It was a lovely experience, the serene atmosphere, the calm of the houseboat and the beautiful interiors was such a breath of fresh air at Dal lake. Despite some very tough experiences during my trip caused by the agency - Travel on Ease, This houseboat was the best decision we took. My family enjoyed this experience very much. Inayat is a very sweet caretaker who will help you out and it was a pleasure meeting the owner - Sahil , a very intellectual and honest host . I would recommend this place for sure !

Its a nice and clean houseboat. The rooms were spacious, specially the washrooms were kept clean with a regular supply of hot water. There is no smell at all. I really liked the homemade food, paneer, dal , mix veg was very nice. Food service was a bit slow as they prepare food for all near by houseboats but was manageable. Food is prepared in limited quantity so bit difficult to get more in case you need it. So it's better to tell them in advance how much quantity you need instead they guess and prepare for you.

Beautiful house boat with such beautiful rooms and it was so great to be there felt really good and the house keeping did such an amazing job he was always there to help and the view from the house boat was definitely a must watch at night

Excellent stay in houseboat new sea palace , specially due to zahoor bhai , his behaviour is so good . Felt safe with family. View of Dal Lake from houseboat was awesome. Facility of worming the bed in winter was there.

Whenever I feel Kashmir has reached an epitome of hospitality I meet a new person who makes me rethink on my thoughts which in this case was Zahoor bhai. Zahoor bhai made our stay extremely comfortable and memorable . Don’t forget to ask Zahoor bhai for kebabs if you are a non vegetarian he arranges for one of a kind chicken seekh kebab which we had in our dinner. Great food, Great view and above all great hospitality.
