カリビア ベイ リゾート(Caribbea Bay Resort)

The Caribea Bay Resort is located in Kariba, Zimbabwe, surrounded on one side by water and on the other side by a jungle with elephants and zebras was a worthwhile choice to stay in. The service from the staff was exceptional, the rooms, quality of food and drinks was on point. Will certainly visit again with my family

The trip was one of its on the game drive was superb it was like animals were being pushed in our way to see. We saw a variety of animals.The sunset cruising was just perfect. It was a trip not to forget.

Very good and refreshing, really enjoyed the atmosphere, game drive and the dam view from the balcony. The service from the staff was prompt and the equipment for the venue, i.e projector etc was top notch.

My stay at the Caribbea Bay Hotel was quite intriguing since it was my first time. I enjoyed the service in general, from reception to the canteen. My only concerns were with regards to backup power, which was not instant when the main power went out. Also, the table that was offering activities like parasailing had a minimum number that was restrictive, so I ended up not being able to do it.

I liked everything except for the fact that the menu does not give many options.

Basic standards set on the shores of Lake Kariba. Ideal for guests who aren't looking for exceptional amenities and the trimmings of mid to high end accommodations. The property, though iconic in the history of Kariba as a lakeside destination, could use a comprehensive refurbishment exercise, restoring it it the former glory for which the property was known.

The resort is lovely and it’s location is beautiful.Hope to visit soon with family.infrastructure is splendid and the surroundings are very well maintained.it is a nice place to relax .will definitely recommend others.

A good Hotel, the Gateman will definitely put a thousand memories, the pools and the views of the Dam are special. I wasn't happy with my room, looked tired, the bathroom door wasn't closing, room phone wasn't working, the Aircon had water dripping when you switch it off. I told the waiters as well the front desk team nothing was done until we checked out. They could do better On room maintanance.

Wow the staff at this hotel are amazing. From the gate ,they show you what a joyous stay you chose. It’s everyone business at this place to take care of guests including garden staff.Everyone would be asking you ‘How is your stay? Would you want me to help you with anything’ . I loved their institution culture. They even provide packed breakfast if you check out early.
