Not the best location but it’s peaceful little far from the center of the city.

It's a Really great place to spend a weekend, or more. We have been there in a winter time, so I can just imagine how gorgeous it could be in a summer time. It was a birthday celebrations, so everything was really on a top level - starting from services, cousine, waiters, atmosphere etc. For sure I'll be back, Cihelny!

Perfect hotel service with very friendly and always helpful staff. Family friendly approach, wellness and sauna world ready to use throughout the day The hotel manager and golf receptionist are very flexible and helpful. The golf course has always been beautifully landscaped, the fairway in top condition despite the dry season. Greens well rolled, speed optimal. It will be a pleasure to return.

Great, we go to Cihelen repeatedly. The golf course is beautiful, the hotel rooms are modern with perfect beds, a friendly atmosphere, and pleasant staff. Ideal for relaxation with golf activities combined with wellness. We recommend it to everyone.

Nice location, nice building but poor service. I was told they have kingsize mattress and 1 piece finally it was two pieces with a difference of 10 cm between the mattresses. When ordering no one actively really came, young team and unexperienced. Having soo much space they could really make a nice SPA area, two Saunas only, pretty small and in the relax area outside you only see four walls. Perfect location and nice building as such but the smaller things that make the big difference were simply missing.

Nothing is good in this old hotel at all

This used to be a good hotel with great facilities and great food. After a bad experience a few months ago we did want to give it an other try. I now wish we wouldn’t… The hotel is in saving mode. We we soo cold in our rooms that we used the hair dryers to heat up the rooms. We had to take blankets from other rooms to get through the night. I am now writing this from the breakfast room where guests are using blankets and jackets to protect them from the cold. The buffet is almost empty and we try to leave asap. The staff is very frustrated by the situation. They do what they can but the heating in the hotel is off and the fire place stays off. All to avoid any costs. apparently the owner doesn’t give… about their guests and their online references.. If you consider to try Cihelny in the future… don’t. Save yourself from freezing 🥶

Nice hotel, beautiful place, good service in hotel, bad experience with hotel restaurant. Rooms are quite, clean, bright. Staff of hotel friendly and cooperated, agreeable to help to solutions with care with immobile gest. Without lift is not friendly for staying, but staff help us

We booked this hotel with a notification for the management that we are coming with a 10 month old baby. We were put in the room which was the further possible distance from the entrance to the hotel with no lift. You have to take around 40 steps to make it to the room, all the while carrying your stroller - not fun. The hotel claims to have air conditioning - it does not. It has fans which blow cold air, that's it. When it is 30 degrees outside, it will be 28 in your room. Good luck sleeping in that. There was music blasting from speakers built into the ceiling in the hallway until way past 11pm. When we inquired about it, they said that they usually turn it off at 6pm but forgot this time, what a joke. Then I complained to the management, they told me something else which is that they only turn the music off at 11 and I should have told them earlier and they would have turned it off. The worst part was the service at the hotel, no one knew anything, staff were confused, always providing conflicting information. When we were finally fed up with our 4 night stay at the hotel after night 3 and decided to leave, it took literally 6 attempts to get in touch with someone regarding all the issues above. They reimbursed us for the night which we didn't sped at the hotel (which is only logical) but refused to even discuss anything else. In summary, if you have kids, avoid this hotel at all costs. If you don't have kids, still avoid it.
