The room originally given (310) was bad as water was leaking thru the ceiling as we enter. chambermaid cleaned the room (water and ceiling paint) even though we put a DND sign on the door when we went out to grab some food as we just arrived from the airport. We went down to reception requesting a room change and showed them the picture of the ceiling leak. Reception lady came up with us to see for herself and gave us another room (420) which is slightly more spacious on another floor. We are happy with that since we will be staying for 4 days.
Bonus is that hotel provides a laundry room - washer & dryer for use with free detergent.
