Loved every day spent there! Beautiful place, efficient and lovely customer service. Their house keeping is like no other. My experience at Azao Resort is one for the books! I highly recommend staying there

初日からひどい経験でした。ものすごくお金を使いました。4つ星の料金を支払ったのに、2つ星の設備、食事、場所/宿泊施設しか得られませんでした。娯楽エリア、ゲームルームを含むリゾートは汚くて手入れが行き届いていませんでした。シャワーのお湯はほとんど出ません。場所が嫌いでした。過大評価され、高すぎます。課税も見積額より多く支払わなければなりませんでした。ひどい。ひどい。ひどい。そこには行かないでください!

スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、歓迎してくれ、気配りがありました。特にバラカ、ハワ、アウハディ。部屋は素晴らしく、キングサイズのベッドは快適で、サンゴ礁、海、ボマの眺めは最高でした。とても楽しい時間を過ごしました。食事は素晴らしくておいしかったですが、日替わりでメニューにもう少しバリエーションを加えるといいと思います。

スタッフ、宿泊施設、アメニティは素晴らしいですが、ビュッフェは非常に残念でした。8日間同じ味気ない朝食は本当に不味いです。ゼネラルマネージャーはドバイから来ていたオーナーに手厚く付き添い、ゲストを無視していました。

美しくリラックスできる休日。人混みから離れたいなら、間違いなく滞在する価値があります。リゾートは清潔で、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーでいつも親切です。海水浴場ではありませんが、プールは最高です。できれば、オールインクルーシブにしてください。小さな水は 1 ドルです。小さなグラスのパイナップル ジュースは 3 ドルです。(旅行代理店から言われたこともすべて確認してください。すべてを文書で確認してください)。楽しい休日をお過ごしください。

Over promise and under deliver! Dirty Resort with bare basics. Far from everything. Mediocre food. Not at all what the website looks like. Bathrooms terrible. Spa a huge dissapointment. The bikes are broken and impossible to ride. Avoid this Resort.

Bad experience from first day , hotel needs renovation and , they charge aditional money for drinks diner, nothing to do around and on the way you can see bad areas and loots of rubish , had to pay 50 $ for elry checkin and my stay was booked as a package jokes even they did not have water in Reception been told to go to restaurant and pay and toilets whare bad dirty looking

Excellent Resort, Amazing staff, A very nice place to relax with top quality rooms and service, The food was great, I loved the variety. The location was nice with lot of trees, the beach was wonderful and fine sands .

We had a lovely family holiday thanks to the people taking care of this place and its visitors like us. Rooms are cleaned twice a day. Beds are equipped with nets to keep the insects away. Lovely music by the pool. All clean and tidy. Big THANK YOU for all of you. We will come back for another experience in this paradise.

The resort is beautiful, but the staff made this a memorable stay! We had an early diving trip and they made us boxed breakfasts and coffee. One of our party celebrated a birthday and the Chef made and decorated a cake...fantastic! The food was very good and plentiful. We had a late flight and the Asst.Mgr had a room cleaned and made available to us...very rare. The resort, especially the pool is very relaxing, but the staff made this special.

Séjour horrible!!! En arrivant ils nous ont demandés de régler la somme de 50 euros pour accéder à la chambre car on est arrivés avant 14h. Les excursions une vraie arnaque… Le jour d’une excursion il y’avait une pluie torrentielle donc toutes les activités prévues ont été annulées.. J’ai payé 130 dollars et je n’ai eu aucun dédommagement ni geste de la part du représentant Carrefour M.Ali. Prix excessif et mauvaise volonté. Ils sont de mauvaises foi et ne pense qu’à te sucer ton argent. Ils ne pensent qu’à nous faire payer tout et n’importe excessivement. Du vol et une vraie arnaque. La serviette de bain était tachée alors ils m’ont demandées de payer 25 dollars. Mes vacances étaient un vrai cauchemar. Ça ne vaut pas du tout le coup. À fuir! J’ai juste envie de partir. Saison de pluie. Pluie presque les jours … Très mauvaise expérience. Je ne conseille pas cet hôtel. Moi qui pensait vivre une belle aventure! C’est un désastre!
