zusammenfassend: hier würden wir sofort wieder hinkommen! warum? das hotel ist wunderschön. alle bereiche sind aufwändig und zueinander passend im boho-stil abgestimmt. die allgeimeinen bereiche sind grosszügig so dass sich die gäste gut verteilen. es gibt neben dem pool mit blick aufs meer einen direkten strandzugang mit liegen und schirmen und feinstem sandstrand. alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. die zimmer sind auch im boho-stil, gemütlich und von der grösse sehr praktisch. auch hier war immer alles sauber und schön hergerichtet. das buffetrestaurant ist sehr gepflegt mit immer wechselndem angebot. für ein buffetrestaurant sehr angenehm da das angebot zwar vielfältig ist aber nicht essensberge herumstehen. und die qualität der küche - super! es wird wert auf gute und lokale produkte gelegt. top! wir haben auch eine massage genossen, sehr angenehm und empfehlenswert. alexandra ist die gute seele des hotels! sie hat uns auf deutsch empfangen, das hotel gezeigt und war immer da für gute ausflug-tipps und hat uns auch eine vertrauenswürdige tolle tauchschule empfohlen. die gastfreundschaft und der service sind hier auch allgemein gross geschrieben. alle sind ums wohlergehen sehr bemüht, freundlich und hilfsbereit. und es wird eine ruhe ausgestrahlt dass man sich sofort wohl fühlt. gesprochen wurde griechisch, englisch und deitsch.

From the moment we stepped into the resort and left we were treated with amazing unbelievable service . A huge thank you to Faye and Liza for fulfilling all our requests . Eliza marianna and Kiki for the best spa treatments we had . Elaine and Sheryl for our own private breakfast which was made fresh everyday . This place is a must and I would recommend to all. The best part of this hotel is the service and friendly smiles everywhere . Thanks sooo much we will be back ☺️

We had a swim up pool room. I’d rate rather good hotel. But you had to wake earlier to take sun beds otherwise they were out for all day. What was good that they added Aperol Sprits to the AI menu. Food was very good! Glasses and cups at the bar were very nice and branded. Barmen worked quickly. Room was really good one

Upon arrival we were greeted and offered to dine while we wait to check in. Check in was simple through an app and we were offered welcome cocktails. We did during our stay have some questions regarding the all inclusive menu as there were some restrictions we hadn't anticipated however the staff was very quick to respond and offer solutions so we could enjoy beverages we desired. Clean property, kind and attentive staff, beautiful architecture and design and right on the beach. Food and drinks were good too. Hope to return one day.

Absolutely LOVED this is resort. The cleanest and friendliest one ive ever been to. You could tell they really took their time cleaning. They were very helpful with any questions. Conveniently located on the beach and very relaxing. Made my spouse and I feel comfortable. Beautiful aesthetic as well. Definitely would go back.

Stunning Perfect holiday. We had 1 week which was not long enough. Hotel, staff and ambiance was unbelievable. Food was excellent every day, Staff always smiling and went above and beyond to ensure you have a perfect holiday. Special thanks go to Drita, Manos, Anna and Elena for making our stay truly memorable. In addition highly recommend visiting the Spa where you come out feeling incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated, special thanks to Maria and Marianne. We are now planning our next visit for 2024. Although very close to the airport and regular aircraft arriving do not let this hinder you from visiting this exquisite Hotel

First thing, the food is superb, we never ate the same meal twice and if we did it was by choice. The a la carte restaraunt is stunning. Everything in the hotel is spotless and the floors are cleaned approx 3 times a day. The bedrooms are lovely, we did have a room issue when we arrived but that was quickly sorted. The pool and private beach are beautiful and the poolside bar is clean and tidy and the staff fabulous. All the members of staff we met were polite and always smiley, nothing was too much trouble. My one gripe is, being an early riser (5am) it would be nice for the pool bar area to have a working coffee machine, there is one there, but no-one could get it working. When the bar closes at midnight there is nowhere to get a hot drink except your room, so that would also be nice for the guys who stay up late. Also, there are not enough tables in the evening outside and some of us had to sit on the edge of the restaraunt, but then they turn the lights off and you are in the dark, not good when playing cards. Other than that, we are booking again to return.

Début août, nous avons fréquenté pendant 15 jours l'hôtel Unique Blue! dans le cadre de nos vacances d'été. L'établissement est vraiment beau et moderne. Il n'est pas grand et cela en résulte d'une ambiance chaleureuse et ''familiale''. A notre arrivée, nous avons eu droit à un verre de bienvenue et nous avons été invités à télécharger une application (j'y reviendrai plus tard) afin de remplir nos informations et faciliter le check-in... Une fois réalisé, nous avons été conduits dans notre chambre ! Nous avions opté pour la ''Side Sea View". La chambre est très belle et propre, fidèle aux différentes photos qu'on avait parcouru sur le site de l'hôtel... Je regrette juste le fait qu'une fois que nous sommes sur le balcon de notre chambre, nous avons un paysage qui se compose de la route, d'une vieille maison et d'un parking pour les gens qui vont à la mer. En effet, il fallait se pencher et bien tourner la tête sur la gauche pour pouvoir apercevoir la vue sur la mer. Je tiens aussi à rassurer la plupart des gens directement. J'ai vu des commentaires sur TripAdvisor que soi-disant l'hôtel était un faux ALL-IN et que les bruits d'avions étaient insupportables et j'en passe... C'est totalement faux ou alors ils ont changé leur méthode de fonctionnement. Nous avons droit à plus de 40 cocktails dont quelques-uns sans alcool, le vin grec, la bière locale et les softs compris dans le forfait ALL-IN. Après, c'est sûr que si vous avez des goûts de luxe et que vous voulez absolument de la vodka Beluga ou du Rhum Don Papa, il faudra rajouter quelques euros. Pour les avions, généralement, ils sont en phase d'atterrissage (donc les moteurs sont coupé/au ralenti). Il y a un léger bruit mais ce n'est pas dérangeant du tout. Dans tous les cas, je préfère avoir cela car au moins je peux profiter d'un paysage magnifique et inégalable (quand on bronze la journée ou quand on boit un verre en apéro au coucher de soleil, par exemple) ! Concernant la vie au sein de l'hôtel : - Je vous parlais d'une application sur le smartphone. Grâce à cela, nous pouvons avoir toutes les informations nécessaires relatives à l'hôtel (réservation, carte, activités, ...) et même de l'île en général. Elle est intuitive et vraiment intéressante. - Le personnel est d'une gentillesse et d'un professionnalisme sans faille. Ils seront toujours disponibles et essayeront de se couper en quatre afin de vous proposer une expérience inoubliable. Les langues les plus utilisées dans l'hôtel sont ; Le grec, l'anglais & l'allemand. Néanmoins, on peut retrouver un peu de français ! - Comme il n'y a pas grand chose aux abords de l'hôtel, nous avons demandé à une employée, qui s'occupe des activités sur l'île, des informations sur les choses incontournables à faire. Grâce à elle, nous avons pu aller en bus local à Héraklion (5€ A/R si on prends notre ticket dans le bus. L'arrêt est situé à même pas 2 minutes à pied de l'hôtel) afin de visiter la ville avec sa forteresse. Nous avons été à Santorin
