After you informed us that you did not wish to meet this person, we ensured they left the premises immediately.Please rest assured that we do not provide room access or key cards to any individual without explicit confirmation from the registered guest. We want to clarify that no attempt was made to open your room, and we can provide CCTV footage to support this, should you require it.Once again, we apologize for the disturbance and the misunderstanding.
