We had a good stay at this location. It's a convenient spot close to a lot of restaurants. We arrived and their systems were down but Jasmine up front was holding down the fort. Despite the issues, she was calm, poised and very kind and professional. We got walked to our room to make sure the key card worked She even remembered my name this morning when we checked out. The room itself was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was the usual hotel faire which was fine. We enjoyed our stay and appreciate Jasmine's customer service. Thank you.

Paint peeling off the room wall . Pool was closed -no notification . Paid dryer did not dry. Bathroom floor had previous guests body hair

This was one of the best hotel stays I've had. Proximity to the Katy Asia Town was the best perk.

這家酒店管理很差！我先替朋友訂了12月20日、21日兩天兩晚，後朋友説她的航班是22日晚上23:30的，因此，為了休息更好便於晚上乘機，我就為她在入住之前再下一單增頂了一晚。在前台入住時，已告訴前台她有兩個訂單共三晚，前台説查到了訂單也刷了三天房卡。但是問題出現在22日下午三點左右，酒店竟然兩次派人在房門外非正常式的敲門，彷彿要強行進入又大聲説著什麼（我朋友不懂英語”，結果把住客嚇到從夢中驚醒。結果一個下午的覺都沒睡成。雖然最後通過攜程溝通了情況，但這次的入住體驗真的非常的差。

房間乾淨，服務周到，性價比之選

作為路過住一晚，這裏堪稱完美。房間非常乾淨、寬敞，超大床，床墊軟硬適中，枕頭舒服，空調基本沒有噪音，有遮光窗簾，早餐一般，能吃飽，客服態度不錯。但是退房檢查時發現衣帽櫃裏有上個客人留下的一袋垃圾！打掃衞生居然沒看見？
