ホテル コーラル リーフ(Hotel Coral Reef)

素晴らしい滞在でした。世界中で同じような大きなオールインクルーシブホテルの代わりに。このホテルは地元の小さなホテルで、とても快適でした。私のバルコニーからは海が見えました。翌日のレストランは、またしても非常に地元のものでした。素晴らしい食事、サービス、景色。すぐにこのホテルに戻ってきます。

The property looks okay from the beach but it is severely run down and in need of major refurbishment. The room and furnishings look like they dated to when it was built in 1956. It may be known as a boutique hotel but well worn carpeting and furnishings, broken patio door handles, dirty walls and thick dust on the ceiling fan all indicate that maintenance has not been a priority at this hotel. The outdoor amenities included a green pool and an unusable rusted out charcoal grill.

Right on the beach; adequate parking; walking distance to lots of eateries. Section we were in ( upstairs near office) seemed ancient, and really in need of major facelift. It was supposedly City View...we overlooked a dumpster and broken discarded furniture. Pool looks great in photos, but needs some TLC. Pool furniture broken or sagging. Beware: parts of the carpark become ponds after rainy nights = wet shoes and feet for the day!

I really enjoy my stay in the ocean view room! The property is absolutely beautiful and quiet not overcrowded at all!

Wonderful place. Arrived at night and awoke to the beautiful coastline vista. Staff couldn’t be sweeter.

Location is good.. Its on the beach and easily walkable. Room is clean but Bathroom was not clean. Tub had rust on it and shower rod was broken

Stay away if you can! Even if you’re on a budget, find another place to stay! This place gave us a room with ripped sheets, lock that doesn’t work, toilet paper holder that’s rusty and offered rusty bikes for free. I didn’t feel safe here. There’s cats living in the building and I’m not sure if they have people who actually live here because they were feeding the cats in the hallway. Bad customer service too! They didn’t even try to fix the easy issue (give us new sheets or covers that night). I do not recommend this place! The carpets are old and smelled moldy. Maybe staying at the “newer” building might be better over looking the water. Overall, the manager was not helpful to help make changes. He was mean when we checked out. They offered to move us to a room that’s under construction without a working AC. I’m so glad we booked through ******* because they helped us resolve the issue.

Property is old and needs updates. but the staff is absolutely great and makes you forget about all that. Thank you!

Terrific ocean view room! I would definitely recommend and stay there again. Close to food and shops. Great place to base travels on the island. All thumbs up!
