The Raphael Hotel, Autograph Collection

Beautiful views of the Country Club Plaza! Everyone there was super friendly & helpful! Older hotel, but completely upgraded. It was quite luxurious! Fun jazz musicians in the lounge, too! Easy walk to the Plaza for shopping & dining!

The staff is super nice and attentive! Place is beautiful. Did not make it to the Chaz restaurant but we heard it was fabulous from others. The plaza view from our room was gorgeous, lit up with Christmas lights.

Our stay was incredible! With the location you can walk right out the door to Plaza shopping and dining. The staff was so attentive and kind and the rooms were fantastic. Would highly recommend!

I stay in 20 hotels a year and the hotel service at the Raphael is the best is the industry! Valet to room service to the manager personally welcoming our family, I don’t know if I’ve ever Benn so welcomed at a hotel.

For excellent reasons, I have been a regular guest at the Raphael for years. It always amazes me to be greeted by name upon my arrival. The staff are always courteous and professional. The rooms speak for themselves. Always clean, tastefully decorated, and full of amenities. The historic architecture and the convenient location are why I have always wanted to be a regular guest at the Raphael.

Convenient to Plaza and super quiet to just relax in room. Only thing is couldn’t get FS1 in room to watch game.

The rooms were fabulous and the staff and restaurant were top shelf! Ill be back!

We got the premiere suite. The listing on ******* clearly stated a walk in shower and a jetted tub. The walk in shower is apparently only in some of the suites (ADA accessible)- not my suite. Our jetted tub required me removing the side panel, lying on the floor, and plugging it in. Honestly, the shower was the main reason that I picked this location as opposed to another, so that was disappointing. The situation with the tub should also be remedied. That said, the staff were more than accommodating. John, the manager on duty went above and beyond to make up for the shower, and every staff member we encountered was fantastic. My girlfriend forgot something in the car, the valet retrieved it, and had it brought to our room. I’d definitely go back, but if you’re interested in a particular bathroom configuration, I’d be sure to make that known in advance.
