The view was magnificent, food was great! So many instagrammable places to take photo. Services was great too! Had fun with the buffet services. So many foods to choose from plus the waiters was super kind and helpful during the food service.

Everything is quite nice. Staff are very polite and helpful. Perfect housekeeping at the rooms and surroundings.Everything was great, loved the facilities and service.We will come back to this place again next year.

It was a good time to visit Cappadocia, The staff were helpful and polite. The venue has a good location and was within walking distance to the underground city. It was a great experience overall.

The hotel was dirty listed as a spar but the spar was closed the facilities are terrible 1 out of 10 we are English and realised all the Turkish want to do is scam money some how they will find something to rip you off for.

Unforgettable experience moment in this hotel. The receptionist and the housekeeper can't speak english fluently. When I left at the hotel for go to outside in my first day, the housekeeper steal my A** card and the housekeeper change my A** card will be the name card. I don't use card "clean my room" in my door, my meaning is don't clean my room. But, i'm so shock because the housekeeper cleans my room. I stay for two days. The safety box always locked so the guests cannot used it to save the safety box and the housekeeper never tell us about the pin number to open the safety box. The hotel is so old style. No any CCTV camera in the hotel so I can't catch the thief housekeeper. The receptionist help me to find the thief but she can't catch it also. The receptionist serves us good. So, please repair your service and get the guests pleasure, safe and comfortable. Thank you

It’s very old hotel

Hotel grande, anticuado, moquetas en los pasillos destrozadas. Y sobre todo, lejos los lugares de interés de la capadocia (si exceptúas la ciudad subterranea de Kaymakli). Olvidate de estar cerca de los paisajes típicos de Capadocia (aproximadamente a 30 minutos en autobús, o en coche). En los alrededores del hotel tampoco hay nada que hacer.

İnternette yapmış olduğum araştırmalar sonucunda bulmuş olduğumuz bir oteldi.Temizlik, hijyen ve hizmet bakımından güzel bir tesis inşaa edilmiş.restaurant şefi muzaffer Bey le sohbet et** imkanımız oldu çok beyefendi bir insan kendisi.Ayrıca resepsiyon çalışanı mehmet Beye ve restaurant da bizimle ilgilenen adaşım ertugrul beye , ve ismini hatırlayamadığım tüm çalışanlara yakın ilgilerinden dolayı çok teşekkür ediyoruz. .Sağlıcakla kalınız

Kaymaklı cristal hotel çok güzel bir yer ve 5yildizi hak eden bir otel otele girince güler yüzlü personeller bizi karşılıyor odalar çok temiz restorandaki personel arkadaşlar bizimle çok iyi ilgileniyor hiç eksiğimiz olmadı emeği geçen herkese teşekkür ediyorum
