This was my first trip to Turkey and hope I won't be my last. The biggest problem in this hotel are the clientelle! I know the hotel can't decide who books to stay, but they need to have some authority over how other guests act. This will definitely improve their rating. The most overwhelming let down of our stay was CIGARETTE SMOKE. We just couldn't get away from it, the whole stay. As soon as you walk into the hotel and until you leave all you can smell is a mixture of stale and fresh cigarette smoke. Other guests will think nothing of just lighting up right next to you and your kids at the pool and blow smoke all over you and force you to inhale it. Even the life guards and waiters get in on the act. Guests are clearly smoking in their rooms which invariabley encroached into our room. Not to mention the fire risk. The rooms are clean and tidy and well equipped. However are in need of modernisation. If you are a light sleeper you will struggle here. The walls are made out of paper, so you can hear your neighbours talking and kids crying from 3 rooms away. One night at 1am we could hear a kid next door running around flicking lights witches on and off. Then at 7am a kid 3 rooms away was crying and woke us up. I swear at one point someone in the room above us was riding a horse about there was so much banging going on and furniture being thrown about. Also, it's mandatory to slam your hotel door when staying at this hotel it seems. Oh I forgot to mention the plumbing, it is really loud. The best thing about the rooms are that the shower gets nice and hot! Like I mentioned above, other guests in this hotel are inconsiderate and don't appreciate other people exist. Expect others to push in front of you at the restaraunt and bar etc. The food at the buffet restaraunt is actually really nice, when you can get it hot. More often than not the food is cold. There are a la carte restaraunts but they're impossible to book. The pools are clean and tidy. Plenty of sun beds. We didn't use the beach or the spa so can't comment on that. The hotel us about a 10 minute walk from Kemer Town which is rather nice. We booked this holiday for a cheap and cheerful getaway in the sun. It just about delivered. But I wouldn't return here because of the issues with other guests, the noise and the smoking. I hope the rest of Turkey is not like this.

We have enjoyed our stay at the current hotel. The food is tasty with a big choice but don't expect something special like seafood. The big plus is that you can eat 24/7 at many places around the hotel. A good selection of known alcohol brands is included. Very good shows on the stage every evening. Good and green premises of the hotel. We will stay here again when next time we will be back one day to Kemer

Pluses + great food, tasty and a lot to choose from (except breakfast, this one is pretty repetitive) + nice stuff but always start to speak with you in russian + really clean and beautiful territory + location is really close to Kemer, 10 min by walk + room cleaning service is good, no complaints on that cannot rate activities and evening shows as we did not attend any. Minuses - big focus on russian guests, when during our visit there were equal amount of guests of different nationalities. Music mostly russian which is really annoying - rooms would love some refreshment, but it’s bearable except the view that we’ve got. We paid for room with the garden view instead we had a view on pumps…which is really depressing and horrible. A lot of the rooms in the lobby building will have that views which is a huge architectural failure (see picture of our view below on the picture) Overall we liked the hotel itself and recommend to visit it. The only thing that might upset you - is your room view.

Good hotel with big food selection. If you enjoy food then this is the place to go. Every night there’s is show and something to do. Staff os so nice and always help when its needed. The hotel outside is amazing and big, lot to see and do. Go enjoy good good time with your loved ones.☺️

I stayed at Crystal aura resort and spa in October half term 2023 with my husband and 2 children aged 7 & 11. We travelled from Manchester UK, and arrived atthe hotel at midnight, on arrival we were greeted in reception and checked in quickly, then our bags carried to our rooms by a lovely friendly gentleman. He asked were we hungry and my son was, so showed us to the all night snack bar, where my son got a burger and my daughter a cheese toastie with salad and wedges. Our room was nice and clean with bunk beds and a nice view, it included a mini fridge that was stocked up with cans of branded drinks everyday and water. (All for free) the room had shower gel etc and a hairdryer. I could not say 1 bad thing about this hotel it was fantastic, the food was amazing, there is food available all day everyday, I am a vegetarian and there was plenty of choice for myself and the meat eaters in my family. There was a buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner. Then a buffet food pool bar available all day, fruit station, ice cream, freshly pressed fruit juice, ice coffees, beers, milk shakes, patisserie available all day. The hotel is on the beach, so we went to the beach everyday where there was was plenty of sun beds available, and a decking area going out into the sea with sun beds that was lovely to sit on. The kids took some snorkels and enjoyed watching the fish everyday in the warm ocean. The beach bar is about 1 min walk from the beach so you could take drinks and food to enjoy. The pools were brilliant, 3 different water slide areas that we enjoyed! Towels were included in your stay so we didn't need to bring any. There were entertainment every night which was very enjoyable, kids disco then a performance one night was acrobatic shows, Michael Jackson dancers, singers and a band. High quality drinks, and everything was branded, the bar tenders would make my kids mock tails which they loved! On the last day we went and had a nosy at the Turkish spa under the hotel, which I didn't realise was free. Even the kids could use it, which was nice way to wash off the sun cream after being sat in the sun all day before getting ready for tea. 10/10 would recommend worth every penny.

if I could give a rating of 100, it would be a bit much, the hotel deserves every praise, from cleanliness, from the kindest staff, the best managers and top chefs. Thank you for enabling my child, who is allergic to gluten, to have food for her every day .I wholeheartedly recommend it

Maybe Best holiday of my family in Turkey. Hotel is great in all - rooms, eat, hotel team, pool, see, entertaiment etc. I can only recomend. Near by the hotel is the city center with a lot of shops and restaurants for enjoyment the evening.

Worst hotel in all Turkey. But step by step. I have traveling in Turkey for 12 years and this experience which had at whis time - OMG, the biggest mistake I made to take this hotel. When we arrived our rooms weren't ready, but we didn't mind and just enjoyed our time by the sea. We were patiently waiting to settle in after a long trip. But every time when we come to reception and ask about rooms, they always say "come after 1 hour".OK... And when we just demanded room - they just at the reception cursed us, humiliated us, we felt like some kind of dogs. OMG - this is terrible. Then the manager came, apologized and gave us rooms - the children's room was terrible, unorganized, the shower cabin was broken, there was dirt and mess everywhere. When we contacted the reception again about the mess - we were again cursed and scolded that we knew about it and we should be satisfied with it. The rooms were not kept clean all the time, dirty towels and soil/sand were left on the floor. Near of ours rooms was maids and staff's room. Every day they smok in this room, with open door, when i told that all smoke comes in our rooms, where is the kids - they just ignoring us. They don't speak English at the reception, only Russian. And if you are European citizen - they just ignoring. Breakfast - terrible, every day the same, no fish, no meat, nothing grilled. Lunch recommend only on beach restaurant - on main restaurant same, and didn't tasty. Dinner only one day was changed menu, and find tasty and delicious food. A'la carte - terrible all except Turkish cuisine - bigest thanks for MUSA, this man only on this horrible hotel was kindness and helpful. Thank you Musa for all. You are very good man. Beach - gravel, but it doesn't cause any problems. I didn't recommend this hotel even to an enemy...
