I will never go to that location again I saw a bug (roaches) crawling so I got my things went to front desk told da desk clerk showed pictures and told me I would be refunded..!! But never was refunded.. I have reached out to the best western several times with no success..!! Thank you

Staff checking in was fantastic. The hot tub was a nice surprise.
The t.v. was not a smart t.v. I couldn't find anything to watch. Unable to connect to any streaming devices or connect my tablet to the t.v. The tub didn't look very clean.
I did have to leave early to take care of an urgent matter at home. The person that was at check out was a bit dismissive. Just pointed at the box for the keys to check out.
