I adore my stays at this hotel! The beds are incredibly comfortable, the establishment is impeccably clean and upscale, and it's wonderfully tranquil. The indoor pool is beautiful, and I appreciate the complimentary breakfast, coffee, and hot cocoa available all day. Overall, it's a truly lovely hotel experience!

After being on the road continuously, I contacted the hotel at 6 am, explaining my exhaustion and requesting an earlier check-in than the standard 3 pm. To my relief, they accommodated my request, allowing me to check in at 12:30pm. Their flexibility and understanding were truly appreciated. The room was clean and breakfast was nice. Definitely recommend

From the moment we checked in at the Best Western hotel, we knew we had made the perfect choice. The warm greeting with a smile set the tone for our stay. The room was immaculately clean and well maintained, ensuring a comfortable experience. The lobby was not only inviting but also carried a pleasant scent that added to the welcoming atmosphere. The complimentary soup in the lobby was a delightful touch, showcasing the hotel's attention to detail for guest comfort. Moreover, the convenience of having plenty of dining options in the area was a bonus. We opted to dine at the new restaurant Zupas, which provided a delicious experience.

Our stay at the Best Western hotel was fantastic! The room was clean, the staff were wonderful, my daughter loved the pool, and the breakfast was a hit. Perfect for our overnight stop en route to Greenbay.

I will never go to that location again I saw a bug (roaches) crawling so I got my things went to front desk told da desk clerk showed pictures and told me I would be refunded..!! But never was refunded.. I have reached out to the best western several times with no success..!! Thank you

Staff checking in was fantastic. The hot tub was a nice surprise. The t.v. was not a smart t.v. I couldn't find anything to watch. Unable to connect to any streaming devices or connect my tablet to the t.v. The tub didn't look very clean. I did have to leave early to take care of an urgent matter at home. The person that was at check out was a bit dismissive. Just pointed at the box for the keys to check out.

One of our regular places to stay. Staff is always attentive and kind. Very nice hotel without being overpriced.
