Everything about the hotel was great until the last night when the elevator broke. Otherwise, I would be happy to stay there again.

I generally stay at this hotel at least once or twice a year when visiting family nearby, and I've seen it go through many changes in the last decade or so. It has definitely improved many aspects that were slipping, and the friendly service has usually made up for any inconveniences in the process. It seems each room has its issues, and this time it was the shower door in rm 307 that would roll back open--hard to shower with one foot holding a door in place. It was mentioned to the front desk but nothing was done before the next day's shower. The heat in that room was also hard to regulate, though no issues in other rooms I've stayed in here. Still, the convenience and quality for the price keep me coming back.

My wife and I have stayed here several times. The rooms are large and comfortable.The staff has always been friendly.

We like the size and amenities in our room. It has a queen-sized bed, desk and chair, kitchenette, couch and coffee table, and two chests of drawers. It has a shower (no tub), and a big bright mirror in the bathroom. The kitchen has a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a coffeemaker, and a sink. Another amenity is the complimentary breakfast with hot foods as well as other customary breakfast items. We were very impressed and feel is is a good value.

Very close to the Kenwood Mall which is very nice and moderately upscale. Stayed overnight for a weekend Christmas shopping since there are many shopping choices in the area and we live 2 hours away. The king suite was very spacious, bed was comfortable and bath and shower area I think outstanding for the price point. The breakfast wasn't bad either with plenty of choices as well.

The clerk, Ope at the front desk was as sweet as could be, considering my check in was Complicated due to an error in booking on line. The hotel was spotless and the updates were appreciated!

Nice place. We occupied the Suite with a king bed and small kitchen and sitting area. The room had obviously recently been updated. It was very nice would definitely go there again.

Come to visit daughter at school frequently and have stayed here numerous times. Great place dollar for dollar.

Breakfast quality awful. Coffee machine coffee terrible. No cleaning of rooms without customer request is great for corporate profit, sometimes good for environment, but not great for a hotel with higher aspirations.
