Just wow ambience.. food is good ..

I had an amazing stay literally and it’s not even my first time and I would love to come again and again the place aesthetic is very nice it’s old but classic and well maintained for that .. I tried there Ayurveda services and it was incredible I really had a calming stay the staff was sooo interactive friendly helping and kind ..always checked on us and the food is also good and they have pool and beach access is just cherry on top and on top of all of that we had 3-4 peacocks come on the premises and they were not at all scared from us meaning it’s so welcoming for nature hospitality was very good

I recently stayed at the Soma Palmshore for 10 nights. Great location, the cottage was lovely . The staff are amazing and really made me feel like I was at home , so very helpful and friendly. I had some treatments whilst I was there and they were incredible. I also did yoga whilst I was there and the teacher is brilliant. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and am looking forward to returning there . I highly recommend the Soma Palmshore .

I have been in palmshore before 1 week.Its a good experience with the whole team of this resort. We took ayurveda treatments and good ayurveda team was there for treatments. Restaurant food is good and staff were so kind towards us. Thankyou for whole team and I make sure next time for package treatments here.

The hotel is located at a very beautiful location. Property is very near and clean. Staff was very helpful in making arrangements for further travel. Overall we had a lot of fun.. Best part near and clean beach almost like private beach. Beautiful landscapes and peacocks in the property.

I really enjoyed my stay in soma palmshore. The staffing are certainly friendly helping persons and i take a massage it was really amazing. Nice room good sea view well cleaning restaurant food was good they provide room service also free wifi it was the best choice

Near kovalam one of the best resort is soma palmshore. This is one of the property of somatheeram group .I book the standard rooms and it was very good room and one of the main thing is their service I really love it and my family also they we get a private beach access and we are safe highly recommend

Very friendly resort good Seaview good ambiance room are good service everything good we booked cottage.the restaurant food is good very taste. Room service also they provide. My wife tried a massage and she said it was wonderful experience.

Stayed between Jan 15 and 18, 2022. Reserved through *********** for 3 nights at Rs.12,096/- net (paid at hotel, no upfront charging). Pros *********** allowed a free cancellation until the check-in date, which was very convenient considering the situation with COVID-19 / state lockdowns. The property literally opens to the private beach area, behind the lighthouse. Guests from this place Soma palmshore and Rockholm (the neighboring hotel) share this. We stayed at a sea-view cottage. Soma has 7 such cottages, two individual and 5 in a row. We stayed one night at one among the 5-row and the next two at an individual cottage. 5-row cottages (410 series) are spacious enough, have a work table and great choice for family travelers. When in a group, occupying the neighboring ones could be fun. On individual cottages, one (210) is above the swimming pool and I would say it's the least preferable amongst the 7 on the cards. The one we stayed at (110) is the best of all. Very close to the sea, it has a queen sized bed with a net cover. Large windows gave a great view and crashing waves sound. There’s a separate dressing room and a mini fridge. Have added the video. Staff were polite. Soma has an inhouse restaurant, normal food at moderate prices. But it only has limited options. Complimentary buffet breakfast had the regular spread but we found the dinner buffet (chargeable at 650 incl taxes per person) was overpriced. But you can always walk to the Kovalam main beach and try out the sea facing outlets. Azhimala Shiva temple is 10 mins away, local auto charged us Rs.250 for a round trip. Cons Cottage 110 does not have a work table. It is a hut and since the bed has this net cover, you do not have the ceiling fan, and relies on AC throughout. Locals from the neighboring streets also have their access to the beach through Soma’s gate. Hence, you will see some people movement, but it is OK. They do not disturb us. Ayurveda center was closed (were told due to COVID) during our stay. Before booking / arrival, just call up and check once if you’re particular about it.
