When first arriving it was not what we were told by easy jet infact we were gutted...... within hours we were having the time of our lives. The bar staff were amazing and all staff work so hard to keep you happy. Even the manager who was there every day we were from atleast 7 till midnight working hard to keep us all happy. They have the best entertainment staff we have ever had and we were a party of 20 with very young to old. The owners are new this year and I believe will turn this place around. I would recommend anyone visit you won't regret it. It's a beautiful place to visit kassiopi with great surroundings. The only complaint I have is the staff on reception who were rude and obnoxious. They never even asked how our stay was when we left. But all the other staff more than made up for them thank you michelangelo village you realy made our family get away amazing. The resort is lovely and not far from the beach and centre. Upon arrival we were asked for a voucher which wasn't clear on the easyJet booking, our party of 11 plus another couple had to look for the booking which was fine but for other guest make sure you print this before arriving. The room had all that was needed, we had paid for a superior double and not sure that's what we got but it was a decent size, great aircon, clean, fabulous shower and plenty of storage space so we didn't bother asking. We were on a hill so if you have mobility issues ask for a room nearer the pool/restaurant area. Food for breakfast, lunch and dinner was good. We don't eat meat and there was enough there to eat. Desserts were amazing. Drinks all fine, don't have diet coke at bar so some of our party got it from the supermarket over the road. Pool was great, never an issue with sunbeds and it was clean. We only used the main pool as there was 13 of us. Staff were great, very chatty. The animation team are fabulous, absolute credit to the hotel. We all enjoyed the themed nights. We enjoyed an evening boat trip to corfu and had a meal out at the harbour. All in all we had a great time.

I have stayed here twice & I think it's the perfect place for a sunny holiday. My heart lives in kassiopi its self, & the Michelangelo village is the best place to stay, close to a secluded little beach & about a half hour walk to the main harbour with plenty bars & restaurant! I couldn't rate this place any higher than I do. I love it. It's a peaceful quiet corner of the world with a relaxed laid back atmosphere.

Stayed here in 2000 with my family. We loved that everything was so close, shops. restaurants, swimming pool and beach. It is basic accommodation but your out most of the day therefore you don't need anything too fancy. We have a 1 bedroom apartment one the ground floor. Swimming pool was close to apartments so me and my sister could go and our parents could check on us. Lots to do around, such as pool tables, food and you can hire tennis rackets. Beach is a few minutes walk and is very quite. The water is warm.

Stayed at Michelangelo Village Apartment Hotel in July. We travelled in the early children summer holiday so the place was not crowded. The self catering apartment consisted of 2 rooms but it still was very small for a family of four. The rooms were quite basic to say the least. The beds were a bit too hard for our taste. The kitchen was almost not existing with two small rings to cook on and neither a oven or microwave. Fortunately there was a working refrigerator, toaster and kettle, so we were able to make a satisfactory breakfast with help from the very nearby supermarket witch by the way have reasonable prices. Overall the room was clean and towels were changed two times per week. The place consist of four pools for both adult and children so nothing missing there. We only used the pool opposite the Michelangelo Restaurant and Bar and unfortunately found that the pool was missing tiles. This could easily have been fixed before the season started but my son had fun finding several of them at the bottom of the pool. We stayed in front of the tennis court and wondered for several days why it was not in use. So one day my son and I wanted to play tennis and went to the reception to book it but were overwhelmed that they charged €15 for one hour, that’s just horrific. If you want to go out for evening dinner and believe me you do, with the small kitchen in mind, the lovely Kassiopi center is just a 10-15 min walk away, with plenty of restaurants and a good opportunity to walk alongside the lovely port promenade. Overall we found Michelangelo Village satisfactory for a budget hotel and it is a quiet and a descent place for vacation if you only have a week and want a low cost apartment.

No one to give your keys if you arrive 5am in Kassiopi.Just left deserted. The rooms are very basic. Mosquitos at night biting. Toilets not flushing when we arrived. Food was rubbish covered with flies. Breakfast was the same, bread, cornflakes or Greek yourt honey. Cats roaming in restaurant. Have to pay extra for air conditioning. Guaranteed to get infected and fall ill on return. Do not go here!

Great place and value for money. Rooms all nice and as a large party we stayed in many different types. We had an issue with our air con which once we reported they tried to fix. It could not be fixed same day so they offered to move us. Very helpful. Food lovely. Could always have a nice meal. Staff in the bar and restaurant fantastic and entertainment team brilliant. We had a great time. Main town only a 10/15 minute walk and well worth it. Beaches about the same. Some beaches in town and some the opposite way. Lots to see and explore. Only issue was we didn’t know you needed a voucher as EasyJet hadn’t advised. So if you are staying please make sure you print off your invoice attachment from your confirmation email to give to the hotel on arrival.

We booked a last minute trip here for a week, i wish I would have picked somewhere else! Firstly the hills at the resort are ridiculous if you are disabled or have mobility issues I would avoid at all costs. Our room was nice the aircon was good however the beds were rock hard I have a bad back from sleeping on them for a week, i also hated the fact you couldn't lock your room from the inside meaning the maids would just walk in and there were no do not disturb signs if you fancied a lay in! Food is another issue I have been to alot of all inclusives but this one has to be the worst with a very small limited menu, around 10/12 hot things some of which they repeat every lunch and dinner. That being said their "themed" nights the food was nicer and we enjoyed Greek nights, Italian night and lunch was always nicer than dinner, however we also ate out some nights to avoid the food. The staff were lovely however almost made you feel you couldn't go up for seconds taking your plates away 30 seconds after you finish eating. The snack bar olso needs some major work as this was rarely filled. The resort has 4 swimming pools and whilst only the main pool is near a bar the other pools were lovely. With plenty of sunloungers, they also have hard standing parasols for all of the sunloungers.

Let’s start with the biggest elephant in the room, this is a 2* hotel! Didn’t stop us having to pay 4* tourist tax or being sold as a 4* hotel with the travel agent. Facilities weren’t too bad, shower was excellent and the room was turned down daily. Pool area was passible and the main pool was nice and big. Now for the bad: One of the worst beds I’ve ever slept in. Evening entertainment was poor, had to go out in Kassiopi on 2 nights, just to feel like we were on holiday. Food selections were limited, especially breakfast and lunch. Drinks were poor, watered down spirits, shocking wine and no diet drinks at the pool bar (it’s 2024!). Rude man on reception at night (the lady during the day was nice). Staff loitering in public areas all day and night, often sat at the table directly in front of the pool bar. No where near enough seating on a night, roughly 40 seats for a hotel which holds 100’s! No pool towels. Truly awful music selection, the first 2 nights we gave up and just went to bed, I’m not being picky, but at one point, some sort of French slow opera came over the speakers, it certainly didn’t scream fun! I could go on. Overall, this hotel suffers incredibly from its “4*” rating, self given or not. It’s cheap because it’s 2*, spend more, I certainly will next time.
