ケズィック ホール & ゴルフ クラブ(Small Luxury Hotels of the World - Keswick Hall)

Keswick Hall is a wonderful place to spend a few days in the Charlottesville area. Hotel and staff did an excellent job making us feel welcome and comfortable. Our requested room overlooking the pool and golf course was fabulous and convenient to the coffee shop, bar, restaurant, and Keswick Golf Club. The allowed us a late checkout so we could enjoy the spa and golf.

Had a very relaxing time at the pool and fun on the clay tennis courts. The room was very large with an amazing view. Appreciated all the high-end touches and comfortable furniture and beds. I hope they switch to Mr and Mrs Smith network so there is still a connection to Hyatt network.

The grounds are so beautiful! Keswick Hall is a place to relax and enjoy downtime. We had a hiccup at the restaurant and when explaining the situation to Catherine (I believe she is the concierge) she was understanding and heard us out. She immediately got the food and beverage manager involved. Both Catherine and Skip went above and beyond to ensure the situation was made right. Thank you both for allowing us to be heard. We are excited to be back next month!!!!

Best resort but the cell phone service was simply horrific. There is no way to host a client oriented event with little cell phone coverage. The service was outstanding. The garden was the nicest I have seen. Loved everthing truly but the cell phone service

Very nice stay, as usual. Will note that the property seemed understaffed during our mid-week stay. For example, we were there on a very nice, sunny and warm day but the pool bar was not staffed and it was difficult to get any service at the pool. In my humble opinion, if the forecast is calling for 85 degrees and sunny, then management should plan to staff the pool area.

Keswick hall is such an amazing resort! Since, the property is newly renovated it was gorgeous especially the spa. Katherine and Casey at the front desk were very sweet! They upgraded us to an executive sweet for free! The food at Marigold was brilliant! The next day Allison at the front desk was one of the nicest receptionists I've met in my life! She was so sweet and for our inconveniences she took action by taking the resort fee and our breakfast off the bill! Truly, the service you would want at a 5 star hotel!

The room was outstandingly laid out, with beautiful views of the golf course and wooded areas. The bath and shower were excellent relaxing experiences. The bed was great for a nice nights sleep. The entire staff was above and beyond, to make our stay feel special! Looking forward to return to Keswick Hall in the future!

An excellent return trip to beautiful Keswick Hall! Wonderful staff and restaurant made for a relaxing weekend for a girls trip away. The only suggestions would be complimentary coffee and tea for hotels guests and chocolates for turndown. The spa was perfect and my facial with Jessica was amazing!

I worked with Keswick staff to create a surprise 60th birthday weekend with my wife. the highlight was shipping his and hers e-bikes directly to the Keswick where they put them out to surprise my wife with the gift. We had a great time riding around the resort, residential and golf roads. Great dinner at Marigolds and amazing spa treatment. great hospitality!
