For the Boaters and Jet Skiers, a 43-slip Deep-Water Marina/ Dock and access to Large Ice Machine and Fish Cleaning station is steps away. Our breathtaking Villa wraps around the corner lot on the first floor with a private entrance, 2 GROUND FLOOR BALCONIES and a Huge Oceanview covered terrace. Enter our 2,600 sq ft. Featuring another Three additional bedrooms with queen beds and 1 with a XL twin beds that rolls out from underneath and another 2 Full bathrooms. Lovely resort experience in an accessible location A long-time friend and I stayed for a girls’ getaway. The VRBO host was responsive to all questions and we’re thankful the property owner shared his beautiful and well-maintained condo in a lovely gated community with us! High school friends annual get together This is a great property. The condo is spacious. Kitchen is well stocked. Location is wonderful. An end unit looking out at the marina. Owner is easily contacted and very responsive.Highly recommend.

Spring Break Great place to stay,ground level, steps from the boat. Property amenities were perfect for our 2 families and kids, felt safe letting kids swim and play pickleball and enjoy the game room with out having us feel we needed to supervise them. Security rides the property every hour or so. Close to great food , sand bar and reef straight out from the property. Everyone said they’d stay here again
