They are being bombed so don't know what its really like, but i oaid a lot to stay in a gotel where it was hard to get intk parking, find the person to check in and most of the facilities where closed. Should have been half the price i paid.

Right next to the park and view over the UNESCO world heritage listed university the situation of the hotel is excellent Check in is very smooth and the rooms have a great view over the city. The interior is modern, still include a tub Only place that could do a bit better is the breakfast. Only 1-2 staff present speak English, the rest just says yes and your orders are not given to the kitchen. There is an open kitchen where egg dishes are made, but the person standing for it often is elsewhere. Not sure if it's because they try to safe money but guests have to make their own coffee from a similar mashines you finde at a 3* hotel, but if you catch the English speaking waiter you can get a real handmade cappuccino. They have sausage and bacon, but no scrambled eggs and the cook doesn't know what it is. So for a 5* hotel expect a 3* hotel breakfast experience

We had an amazing time at this hotel!!! The room is spacious, clean and equipped with all the things you need for comfortable staying. The bed is huge and soft. Amazing room service with good prices and excellent service! The only drawback is that you can’t control the temperature inside the room instead you need to call to the receptionist and ask to lower or higher air conditioner.

We stayed here 2 times during. I can only say, I don’t think there is anything better than Kharkiv Palace. There is an outstanding quality and service during your stay. Daily cleaned rooms with lots of amenities, the rooms are spacious and there isn’t much noise from the outside. We even had turn down service - they brought us the weather forecast and some chocolates. Amazing breakfast with a wide selection. Loved the swimming pool and SPA. All staff greet you very warm welcoming with such great hospitality. We’d love to come back again! Thank you!

This hotel's service is top shelf. Outstanding staff. I enjoyed the stay. Highly recommend. The only thing I don't recommend is to order a transfer to the airport - the guy was late and looked like a mob from 90', talking on a phone and wore a big golden chain, really like a mob. They arranged to have my PCR test in my room, brought the result back to me. Amazing. The personnel is like in a World top class hotel. I would stay again in there.
