Really good stay with super friendly staff. This one is so much better than the one near Hartlebury and it is worth it to be nearer the town.

A good 2 night stay, this time when we turned up early to ask if we could check in, the answer was Yes, no problem. A much better welcome than last time. The place is still a good place to stay, except for the other guests. How come we always end up with kids or heavy footed peeps upstairs who like to crash around at 6.30am!!!!! We will be happy to return on our next UK visit.

Pleasant room, a few stains that hadn't washed out on the bottom sheet and pillow case, pillow was hard and uncomfortable, but this is a personal preference. Bed comfortable, room very clean, an adjustable heater in the room was a bonus, shower room could do with a bath matt (only two bath towels and one hand towel was provided) needs a shelf or hook in the shower as there was nowhere to put my flannel and shower scrunchie, and no hairdryer in the room. However, it was a very peaceful hotel, the staff were friendly, and only cost £68.99 for the night, so great value
